I called them up because there was a smell in the house. They were very thorough and were there for about half the day doing different tests. It turned out to be fine.

I thought the price was a little high. However, they responded well and were out the same day I called. They came within the time frame. He even called on his way. He fixed the problem and even gave me some helpful information on the unit. They also have a 1 hour guarantee in which they will be there within one hour of the time stated. They also offer a club to join in which you can receive priority and discounted services. The man was very professional, knowledgeable, and nice. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Technician came out, checked my inside air filter, then checked coolant. Refilled coolant, poked around at wiring, sprayed cleaner on outside of AC and washed off.

When they gave us their estimate, they seemed very professional and gave no indications of problems to come.

The technicians came on-time. I was kept informed of the exact time they would arrive. They were clean, friendly, helpful and thorough. I am considering having them give me an estimate on an air filtration system and a water conditioning system.

We needed to replace a 13 year-old water heater which was leaking. The technician came to quote a new gas water heater. He offered two pricing levels - one to do all the work and one to just install if we were to buy the water heater ourselves to be installed. The system came with a good on-site warranty serviced by Hiller if there are any problems in 10 years. We had him do the entire job because he was so helpful and informative, also the warranty is a good feature for us. Technician completed the job in great time. He was pleasant and very informative. I would highly recommend their service.

Technician came on a Saturday was in and out of house in 15 minutes and job was done well.

Repair person came quickly (next day), was very nice, knowledgeable and told me a lot of things about my system I didn't know. Would hire again. He also saved me some money by letting me know that my 2nd HVAC unit which was only 6 months old didn't really need an inspection as long as it was working OK, since it was so new.

My furnace wouldn't come on. Hiller was able to send somebody promptly. He showed me the part that was causing the problem and got it going again, but it was obviously straining and only working intermittently. The price to replace it would have been about $500, and since my unit was so old (at least 17 yrs) recommended replacing it. My experience with Hiller up to this point would rate them an A. But the repairman started to push a little too hard on a replacement decision, pointed out other add-on work that was needed, and left very sketchy estimates (no model numbers) for 3 systems. I decided to get other estimates from another company recommended on Angie's List that carried the same brands, and the quotes for equivalent systems were hundreds of dollars less, and the other company didn't think the add-on work was needed either. Hiller obviously knows their stuff and may be a good choice strictly for repair, but let the buyer beware before purchasing a system from them.

Hiller technician Jaimie arrived on time, did a thorough, safe and complete check of the heating system and left me happy. Every dealing I have had with Hiller has been professional and positive.

I had already done all the work of inspecting and discovering the exact source of trouble. I had never replaced these items before myself. Discovered it's actually quite easy. The plumbing technician was very courteous and professional. I don't think you could ask for a more professional plumber. The cost was quite high for the work. It's priced by the task and I had 3 tasks - all exactly the same - to be done. Each took less than 15 minutes. Pricing should have been discounted for 2nd and 3rd tub as they were all handled in the same service call. If you account for the cost of the hardware and the cost of dispatching a well-stocked truck to a customer (5 miles from their office), the labor amounted to about $450 per hour. I think Hiller should consider this when asked to do multiple, simple, quick tasks at the same location.

This was an emergency job on a Friday evening. A toilet backed up, leaking sewage in the bathroom and crawl space. Receptionist/Job scheduler was very helpful and got a plumber to our house within about an hour. The plumber first tried to auger the toilet, which did not work. He then did some minor excavation on the sewer line where it entered the soil next to the house and found a crack in the pipe with roots invading the crack. He cleared these out and then pulled the toilet and augured that branch line. The blockage indeed appeared to be located at the crack in the pipe. He then re-seated the toilet. All has worked fine since. Before leaving though, he gave us a hard sell on several "service contracts" all of which seemed to be a huge waste of money and an estimate on replacing up to 25 feet of main sewer line with PVC. We declined all offers. The work was fine but the price was very high.

They were efficient, punctual, and really knew their stuff. We also felt that the price was very good considering all the work they did for us. We were very pleased with the work this company did for us.

Hiller Plumbing did an outstanding job and I was delighted with the service. They were very clean and very professional about the follow up. They are a great company and I would definitely recommend it to others.

These contractors were wonderful; they discovered a problem missed or ignored by a previous contractor which could have caused a fire and the loss of our home. They were polite, speedy, and professional. I would definitely recommend them to others in the area.

Overall, I would say these guys are good. They did miss one area that they were supposed to replace, so I called them and they came back out the next day. They do make good on their work. They were quick and what I liked most about them is that they keep all of their equipment on the truck. That way they don t have to leave in the middle of a job.

They were very professional and their prices were competitive. The workers were nice and clean and they came and checked it out quickly. They were friendly about answering all of my questions.

I really like this guy. He shows up on time and does great work. I have used him for other services in the past and have been satisfied every time. He is easy to get hold of and to schedule an appointment with.

They were extremely clean from their service van to the job. When they entered the home, they placed pads over their shoes to avoid bringing in dirt. They offer a free warranty for their work performance but don't recall the span of time. They stated the new efficiency unit would save $100 per month on the power bill. They were right in line with the savings. We hired them because they had sent us a letter about their company and the raising costs of installation of the unit. They were right as the rates are skyrocketing for this type of home improvement because of state requirements. Their website is onehourair.com. Went well. This company was my second choice. It was hard to get the truth of what heat pump I was getting for my money. I did finally get the model, but it was mainly because of one of the other company's I was getting an estimate from.

It went super. We were rained out on our first appointment. But as I was awaiting the arrival of the technician on that rainy day, Sandy, from the main office called and said they could not service the unit while it was raining and wanted to reschedule to meet my convenience. We rescheduled and I was given a two hour window in which the tech was expected to arrive. An hour into the window Sandy called and said that Zane would be at our home in 20 minutes. Zane arrived on time, was professionally dressed and ready to do his job. I was impressed when he said that he needed to come into the house to check the air flow, and before coming in, he reached into his pocket to put on clean protectors over his boots. When he finished inside, I accompanied him outside to the unit where he explained what he was doing and why. He was knowlegeable, efficient and competent. The end of the story is that I immediately set up an appointment to service the heating unit in the fall.

They explained everything they needed to do and got my approval before they started work. The work was just outside of the 1 year warranty and they still didn't charge me for anything including a service call. They are wonderful and guarantee their work 100%. I have used them a lot and they are great. They are on time and they wear booties on their feet when they come in our house. I would highly recommend them.

When the tech arrived with the coil the salesman had ordered he determined that it wouldn't fit. Had to have a different coil sent out. When it arrived the tech discovered he was out of something else he needed and had to have that sent out. I also discovered that the coil was a brand that the salesman had recommended against. I called the company to complain and was offered a full refund as advertised. Instead we negotiated a $300 discount and an extended warranty period from 1 year to 10 years. I believe they did a good job. It just took 2-3 hours longer than it should have. I was pleased with their response to my complaints. Although I had to play phone tag with the complaint person.

I chose Hiller because of their coupons and ability to pay with American Express credit card. They are extremely friendly and thorough. This last visit they even moved up the arrival time and didn't charge for the service since I signed up for a year's inspection service. (all of my plumbing is old). I think all plumbers are expensive, but if you have to pay the fee you might as well hire someone who stands behind their work and are ethical and reliable.

I called after 5PM and a live person actually answered the phone. She was pleasant too. They sent someone out the next morning. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He explained everything to me. He ordered the part I needed and installed it within 2 days. I signed up for their annual service plan. Afterwards, someone called me to ask how the service was.
