It went well from start to finish and the employees are very pleasant!

I was not happy with their service. The guy who did the servicing made me feel that the real reason he was there is that we were out of warranty. He tried to sell a part on the unit. I disliked their customer service. They showed up on time. I would not use them in the future.

I spent about $160 on the service. I started using them a year and a half ago. They have always been punctual. They are always courteous and do a good job. They recommend services that I can get done but they never push anything on me. I will use them again in the future.

I used him for a long time but I will not use them anymore. They came in to connect the plumbing in the kitchen. I asked them to fix something that was loose and they said it would cost me money. They were awfully expensive. They were pretty responsive and were here within the time frame they gave me.

The serviceman had to fill out more and more papers and call the insurance company over an over to get them to cover the hole unit. FIRST CHECK $1300.00 Final check was$4232.00. Total cost $11532.00 Insurance paid $5532.00 My Deductable $1000.00 MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET $5300.00 + $1000.00 DEDUCTABLE

I did not think it would have taken them that long to replace one valve. Also the tech they sent to put in the valve never put one in before. They needed to send out a tech that has done this before.

Intallation went fine but from the very beginning unit did not work properly. On some of the coldest nights unit did not work.I had to call after hours a few times. It took a total of six visits and 6 different technicians to find out what was wrong.When weather became hot ac did not cool. It took 2 visits before problem was fixed.The people at this company seem nice but to me it seems to many of them do not know what they are doing.

As described above - in the end we did not use them.

They do an annual contract for me. They were punctual. They make sure you are satisfied and if there are any problems they are happy to fix it. They are happy to come back and fix it. They have been pretty good and I don't see anything that needs improvement. I think the only thing they can improve on is their cost, they are more expensive than others. They are very good and they are not the cheapest.

They did a good job. They charged me $150 for the service. They came out on time and I felt their price was right. I will consider using them if I need any additional service done in the future.

Their people are well-trained and we can count on them. If they don't get it right the first time we can count on them to come back again and do it right with no questions asked. I pay them monthly. If they have to do any extra work there would be an extra charge. They provide discounts and their parts would be 20% off of what it would normally be. They will be coming out next week.

Firstly, they did not replace air filters as part of the semi-annual service. Secondly, when they call to schedule an appointment, if they don?t find you, they don?t try reaching you another way. Therefore, you could periodically pay for an appointment and never have it happen. I had many voice mails that I found at one time but they never sent me a mail or they never called me at home. I think that is pretty poor.

This is the 2nd time I've used Hiller to make plumbing repairs in the past 6 months (just bought an older home which I knew needed some fixes). The first time I chose them because I needed an immediate fix - and included them in the 3-4 other plumbers I called because I often saw their trucks around our neighborhood. They were the most polite and professional on the phone & could get to me the fastest. That went very well - on time, polite, professional, clean, concious of wearing shoe covers in the house, cleaned up completely after repair, and did very good, thorough work. In between the 1st & 2nd time, I've had a variety of contractors/workers in for different (non plumbing) repairs and updates. Some were great, a couple were truly inept and one even made me very uncomfortable just being my home. So when I discovered this leak (a stressful discovery - having no idea just how much damage was going on behind that wall!), I turned to Hiller again because I felt confident the repair would be done right and since I knew Jeff S. from the 1st time, I felt really comfortable. He was exactly like I explained in 1st paragraph - professional, clean, polite, conscientious and good thorough work. I highly recommend Hiller Plumbing - they obviously have a strong company culture towards customer service and good responsible work.

They did a great job. I can’t tell anything that I disliked about them. They did a good job of assessing what we needed in our house. We were replacing a very old system that was undersized to start with. They did a very thorough job going through the house and seeing what our duct work was like and that kind of stuff. They did a good job installing and then we had a little problem with one of the thermostats and they set that right, and there was warranty too. I can’t say enough good things about them. We would surely use them again if needed.

They were supposed to fix our upstairs heating and cooling during their last visit and they left the gas on. We all got sick and it was not a good experience. They fixed it but we were exposed to gas for three days. They were apologetic and brought us some carbon monoxide detectors. I don't know whether we would use their services again.

I like them. I have used them in the past. I would use their service in the future too.

So far we are very happy with them. They are prompt, honest, and are willing to go the extra mile.

Everything went great. I have been using them for 10 years now. They were very polite and professional. I would recommend them to anyone. They always have coupons as well.

They are very professional for the most part. They've got issues, though; they always try to charge you more money than they should, then you have to raise heck with them and then they start bringing the price down. I’m not sure if I will use them in future but would use them for the quote.

Generally we've been pretty happy with them. Again - they are not cheap. But the work does hold up and you won't have to have it re-done.

It was outrageous compared to other companies around here. They are nice gentleman, but as soon as he told us the price he said at least you haven't thrown me out yet. We let him talk with us for a few minutes and then got a few other estimates. The price was totally outrageous, but the man was nice. They came quickly. He was here when he was supposed to be.

INCREDIBLE!!!!! Once again reaffirmed my decision to start using Hiller for my home. They are knowledgable, courteous and consultative in their approach and demeanor.

Their motto is: "Happy You'll Be Or the Service Is Free." I was not at all happy to find out that they wanted $49.95 just to come to my house to diagnose the problem.

Ontime, clean, courteous, wore bodties, but expensive. Sold me a bottle of drainmaid but not sure why.

I don't spend much time near a telephone and I don't enjoy doing business on the phone. So I submitted a request through Hiller's web site form for someone to contact me...at least leave me a voice mail...so I could get some work done. No one responded. Next, I found an email address and wrote to them. No response. A week later, I wrote a letter to the president of the company and sent it through the post office. I pleaded, "I just want someone to contact me." Now a month later, I've heard nothing from Hiller. And that says a lot to me. If you are the pick-up-the-phone sort of customer who then sits by the phone waiting for an answer, then maybe you and Hiller will get along just fine. Although, it should cause anyone concern that the president of a company will not even respond to a direct and respectful request for the privilege of giving him some business...a letter properly addressed to the business location listed in the phone book and here on Angie's List.
