Hiller Plumbing Heating Cooling & Electrical

Have always gotten great service from Hiller. With the Happy Hiller Club they inspect heat/AC twice a year and do a once a year plumbing check. Club also gets you priority service for example they came out the Sunday after the big Nashville flood to suction water out of my basement. Most recently they did a minor toilet rebuild and did a good job.

my wife heard the leak in the front/ outdoor faucet. i realized there was a crack in the galvanized pipe leading through the brick/ crawl space, which joins the main water connection from the street. After realizing the potential complication due to the main water connection proximity i decided to call a few plumbers to give me an estimate. unfortunately, the draw back to Hiller is the 'truck' charge of $50. They waived this fee when the technician (plumber) was late to our appointment due to an existing issue with his previous client. So they provided great customer service regarding taking care of me for being late to the appointment. once Brad (the tech) arrived, he was very curtious and did not hesitate asking what the issue was as well as willing to climb in the crawl space to look at the issue. After 20 minutes of analyzing the issue, he gave me a potential plan...as well as an estimate. Luckily he was able to replace the old faucet with a new frost free faucet, that needed a pipe sweating to connect it to the abnormal length. he also pointed out that the old galvanized pipe will 'sooner or later' need to be replaced...but suggested holding out until I am ready or when a nother issue arises. (the house was recently renovated with the new addition using PEX and the older part remaining with galvanized piping.) i liked that Brad was straight forward and gave me solid advice. When i decide to replace the old pipe with PEX, i plan on calling Hiller and specifically Brad for my service.

They were plumber number four that I had an estimate for a full line replacement from my house to the city. There was a tricky situation in my sewer line, and they were the first to offer what I considered a strong and mighty and a kind of a good estimate. They were a little bit lower. The quality of the work was very good. They got it done promptly. They were very good about returning phone calls. They just kept me up-to-feed with the repair. This is a rental home, so, I do not live in that city. It was important to me that they had very good communication. They were great.

As luck would have, my heater went out the day before Christmas 2012. Called All Seasons on Christmas day and asked if they could send a technician the next day to assess the heating system. Our home has a good fireplace insert that can heat most of the home in an emergency, which we were able to do. Adam from All Seasons arrived early on the 26th, assessed the heating system and gave me many option to patch, fix, or replace. We opted to replace the system as it was 13 years old and was a legacy 1999 SEER 13 system. After discussing options with Adam and Todd, All Seasons install manager, we agreed to a three day system wide replacement, including the duct system. The duct system was closer to 20 years old as parts of it preceded the 1999 system. Work began as scheduled and was complete in two days, plus a few hours Saturday morning sealing, wiring, testing and cleaning up debris and boxes used to deliver the duct work. My home was warm within an hour. As a bonus, my basement has an additional 100 square feet of storage space as the installers used more modern planning to organize the devices and duct work. Good job to All Seasons.

Overall, he saved us money, because he only charged us the service call fee, which was on a Saturday and the price of the bottle of enzyme to keep the drain clear. It turned out to be a pretty simple issue that my husband argues we might have been able to resolve ourselves, but it had been recurring so often that I felt it time to bring in a professional. Since using the enzyme in the drain about once a month as he recommended, we have not had the recurring problem that we had been having, so I think it was well worth the call.

Working with Hiller has been a pleasure and their part of this project could not have gone much smoother. It began when the main water pipe to the house burst and started flooding the basement on a Saturday night about a week after I bought the place. I appreciate that they were on call to come by and at least turn the water off (the pipe burst on the ground side of the valve in the house, the water had to be turned off at the street, and I didn't have the right sort of tool), but Metro got there fast enough, so we waited and they sent someone out Sunday afternoon to look at the problem and give me a quote. We had to dig outside and there was some rain that week, so there were some delays beyond their control, but by Thursday I think we had a brand new pex line from the street, and a new sump pump draining out the basement. A few weeks later I brought them in to do the HVAC duct work and the tankless water heater, and everything went well. The duct work was extensive and took a few days, as expected. The crew of two guys were there early every morning, I let them in and went to work, and they locked up when they left. They were easy to work with, and I trusted them alone in the house. I might have been able to get the same services cheaper elsewhere, but I'm happy with the service I've gotten, and as far as I can tell they seem to do quality work.

The job went well and was completed within a few hours. No problems and price was the lowest out of the three estimates I got.

It went very smoothly. the technicians were intelligent and knowledgeable. They were timely, responsive, and respectful.

The plumber asked us about the problem and really listened. He was polite and got the work done quickly. He also talked to us about preventing problems in the future which was helpful.

They arrived and performed the required services within 1 day of initial call.

Overall, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning were very responsive in a timely manner. Chad the technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problems with our system and performed the maintenance check as requested. He told us his thoughts on our system and gave us the different repair/replace options. I was very impressed with the overall service this company provides and that their staff was actually well trained and informed. I would recommend them without question and will continue to use them for our maintenance and repair services for our ac unit.

They were very good and efficient, the scheduling and execution was good.

Wed. I called for an estimate. Bill came to my house Thurs. - was very patient - explained in detail the job & drew pictures. He even emptied the water from an existing dehumidifier. I chose the option I wanted. Several crews were on the job the next day!!

The contact person as well as the people who did all three services arrived on time and got right to work. They wasted no time and were very pleasant answering any questions we had.

Arrived on time & finished job in a timely fashion, also, explained what was done.

Excellent service with the new heating system installed and they did explain each job they did - like the duct system and insulation.

I was called to confirmed service date and time. I was called to told that the service person was going to be early. The service person was on time, gave us a estimate and fix the toilets. Hiller will be the only company I will use in the future for my plumbing and Heating and air condition service.

IT WAS AN OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I AM ENJOYING MY GAS LOGS RIGHT NOW :)

Seamless experience. They were on time, knowledgeable, and efficient. The work was done on time and as promised.

They are competent and professional.

I had them come out and look at a broken garbage disposal and a broken toilet. They were able to fix both issues quickly and inexpensively. They didn't make me wait around all day for them to come out by giving me a time range of an entire morning/afternoon so it was easy to plan the rest of my day. They also were available to work around my full-time work schedule. I was also happy to find out that they guarantee their work once it is complete. The gentleman that was there was very respectful of our home--didn't track in dirt, etc, professional, and worked quickly and efficiently.

More expensive than I expected, but the tech was great. Prompt, polite, patient, explained everything, discount because needed part was not on truck, careful with old plumbing, efficient, and fixed the problem!

On Tuesday night we noticed a noise coming from our outside HVAC unit. All Seasons came out immediately and within 20 minutes diagnosed the problem. The next day the called early with progress report on getting parts. They worked through a lack of parts problem that could have had us waiting several days w/o air conditioning and had my a/c back up and running by the afternoon.
