The company did a good job, I was pleased with their service.

Good the duct work could be completed due to the brush unit engine burnt up. Awaiting replacement motor.

They arrived on time and took care of the issue promptly.

Everything went well, they were punctual and the work was performed efficiently and everything was right the first time. Very pleased.

Replacement unit was installed quickly. We were without air conditioning during some of the hottest days of summer. Sales rep came out the same day and gave us the best price and soonest service of any of the companies we contacted. Installation team came in on a day off to install the unit and followed up two days later to finalize the metalwork.

We were not happy with them and we didn't like the way they kind of put on the pressure for us to sign up for that membership, We used them twice more to get our moneys worth and then we weren't gonna call them anymore, we wouldn't use them again. I would say the job they did was done well, they started out by saying they have to replace the whole toilet and we said well that was ridiculous this one could be repaired and it was just like they were always this particular man maybe it was just this salesman, repair man just seem to push push push to make every thing cost more, that was the part of it we didn't like so we ended up thinking well we didn't know if we paid a fair price are not in the end.

Great, thanks to the project manager, who expedited the installation by 5 days - important in the heat of the summer. The unit ordered was not immediately available, so a lesser unit was ordered and installed, which will be taken away once the one ordered arrives and is installed. We are cool again, finally, and very thankful. Hiller is not the least expensive but they go way above and beyond the call of duty in customer service. Many thanks to Ronnie for his excellent service.

They came out for the two toilets and they charged me quite a bit to fix the toilets. I ended up having to call them back because one of the toilets was not working even after he completely redid the whole inside of the toilet but I called them back they did come out and they did come back out for free but this time it was another technician and that technician said that I just needed a new toilets. And I say then why did you have me spend $400 to fix the old ones if I just needed new ones. I was pleased that they came back out free of charge if they told me there was a problem I was happy with that but I was not happy with the remainder of the service but I was certainly not happy that they did not even offer to put the full amount towards the purchase of the new toilet I would have been happier with that scenario.

They do a really good job. We love Hiller. We actually signed a service contract with them. They're very popular around here. They come out twice a year. They come out and check your heat, in the fall, right before it's time to use it and then they check your air conditioner in the summer. While they were here, they replaced the toilets. So they did some plumbing for us while they were here.

I've got them under contract, so they're here a couple of times a year. It's $220 yearly. The pricing is fine and the quality is good. The work is solid, but you have to stay on them, you have to actually call them. They're under contract to be here twice a year, but I actually have to call them to remind them to come. They're certainly better than the one that I had, the one I had was terrible.

They do good work but they are expensive. Every year, they come out and it ended up costing me from $500 to $800. This past time, they actually broke off a valve and let out the Freon or whatever in my unit. They charged me to refill it up. They charged a fortune to their Freon. They had some technicians. They knew what they were doing but their prices were high. On that particular job, the guy didn't know what to do so he had to call another technician out there. They were at my house for probably 8 hours. I think the guy was there on time. They were professional.

Everything went well considering several things wrong all at same time. I was very pleased with work men here. They were dedicated to getting job done.

Employees were on time worked thru bad weather to get the job done in one day, worked w/us until all our problems were fixed to our satisfaction.

They did a good job in giving me a discount. The quality of work was excellent. They were very responsive. It was very quick turnaround. They were extremely professional. They came in and inspected and explained what the issue was and asked for confirmation before a fix was applied.

They were fantastic. Shane came on an emergency service call at 2 AM in the morning, and had everything set within the hour. This enabled NES to reconnect the power this morning. What would have been a multi-day ordeal was reduced to half a day. Very grateful for their service, responsiveness, and professionalism.

They arrived early which was awesome, David & Rico were the two guys to install the unit. They did an awesome job. No slacking at all. Great price, for that unit. I would recommend Hiller than anyone.

The salesmen were not very good at what they were selling. They quoted me one thing and installed something else. I complained to the district management and they were willing to throw some additional heating, some air duct work, and whole house humidifier to make up for the issues. Then, they had to come back and work on it for the next season because it kept failing every summer until they put a hole in the vent area.

My experience has been okay. It's fine. Every time they come, they find the problem. I've got to the point with not just them but almost every service I used that I feel like I'm getting upsold or something. They just lost my credibility.

Everything went well. The only problem was damage to the laminate floor in family room where the attic access door is. The old air handler had to be removed via this access.

$1427 charge was after senior discount and coupon. Piedmont Gas detected large gas leak under residence concrete slab. Considered an emergency. Needed plumber so called Hiller at 3 pm Fri and tech came at 6 pm. Am well aware of Hiller being notoriously high priced, but also do good work. Because it was the weekend, did not have time to get other multiple estimates and research. Hiller tech began to schedule another contractor to come to jackhammer INSIDE home to find leak and replace lines. What?! No way! This rep had never done work in this large condo development and apparently was unaware of the standard method of dealing with gas leaks here: reroute into the attic (per Piedmont rep). After informing Hiller tech of the reroute he stated that he could do that. Scheduled for next day at 8 am Sat . Tech was polite, personable, professional, and efficient. Began work as scheduled; however job took 10 hours (in miserable conditions)! Estimated at 4 hrs. Yikes! And he was dispatched to another job after this one. There appear to be MANAGEMENT ISSUES here to be addressed: A. Weekdays there are 2 techs to do this type of job but only 1 on weekends. Good grief! How can 1 person do the job of 2 as well over such a long time frame? The human body does not know weekdays from weekends. It is not my business how Hiller conducts its business unless it affects job performance and outcome. Then it is my concern. Hopefully this tech had the skill level and body physiology to do as well alone over 10 hours in extreme heat in an unfinished attic as would have done with 2 techs in half the time. Heat in the attic must have been between 112-120 degrees (unbearable to me) with outdoor temp in mid 80s. What happens when temp is in mid-to-high 90s or 100s? The tech did not complain or make any comments. There are potential medical issues here - dehydration and heat stroke - both serious and affecting performance in anyone. Why not have techs on call for true emergencies on weekends rather than fully staff. Maybe get cooling fans (regular wouldn't help) or cooling vest or cooling scarfs etc. Spend on critical employee safety and performance and cut on advertising - (enough is enough already for adv). B. Need training for Hiller techs or review for how to deal with residences on concrete slabs with pipes under slab. Review ALL options before bringing out the jackhammers which are a near traumatic solution for some people like the elderly, those with respiratory issues, the handicapped or disabled, those with stress issues, those with pets, etc. Would hire this Hiller tech independently anytime, but doubt I would call Hiller again, depending on job- at least not until Hiller recognizes weekend techs more and provides for health hazards. "Happy . . . . . .. . "? The Hiller tech on this job deserves a bonus for hazard heat pay or at least a complimentary lunch out for recognition and appreciation as well as other techs who have worked in such extreme heat long hours.

Dan & David were prompt and efficient in getting the job done. Also pleased with Mr. Matt Blackwood and Mr. Michael Smith explaining what was wrong with the old air condition why unit and explaining about the new system how efficient it wonder.

They charged me $59 just to come out and look and tell me that my sink was stopped up. Even when I went to Lowe's to purchase some obvious little stuff for like plumbing they told me about the company and they told me how that company messed up a couple of peoples homes that they know and they still not working properly and they spend over a couple of thousand of dollars. They got a big stupid happy face truck, stickers all over here cabinets and messed her kitchen cabinets up and everything and had those stupid stickers all over the place. She's still in proceedings to try to get the job finished that they never finished. They took out a cabinet wall or something and she said it was never the same since and the plumbing still doesn't work right. And the guy never gave me my dollar back and I gave him $60. He was supposed to give me a dollar back and he said he would bring my dollar when I called him, but he said if I didn't use them I'd be sorry.

No complaints, all people involved were courteous, prompt, professional and accountable very satisfied.
