I had seen the All Seasons One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning ad on the television advertising a seasonal HVAC check-up/service for $89. I also saw a $69 coupon for the same thing on Angie's List. When I called All Seasons to schedule the service I also told them about the coupon. I was told that the $69 was for the heating system and not the AC system (which is the one I wanted servicing since the warm weather was approaching). I went ahead and scheduled the AC service since I felt even at $89 it was a good deal. My service was scheduled on the day I requested. All Seasons called a few days ahead of time to make sure the date/time was still good for the service appointment, which it was. An hour before the repairman was to arrive they called to let me know he would be at my home in an hour. He arrived as scheduled, was very polite and professional. He also put on shoe covers over his shoes before entering my home - I especially appreciate that. He explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. He accomplished the HVAC tune-up and told me what he had found. My HVAC was running well and was in good order. He cleaned up any mess that was made too. He asked me for my Angie's List coupon and we briefly discussed the difference in price - $89 vs $69. He went out to his truck to finalize his paperwork and brought it back to me. I asked what the total cost would be, expecting it to be at least $89, and he told me $69. I said that it was my misunderstanding when it came to the coupon and that it referred to heating and not to the AC. He told me that was fine but that in my service appointment info on his cellphone the price was $69. So I wrote a check for $69. I appreciate the company being nice enough to honor the coupon - even though it was for the wrong season - and I was the one who read it incorrectly. I definitely will use the company again for future tune-ups/repairs and will recommend them to friends/family.

Had two appointments scheduled. For the first one the receptionist called at 7:15 in the AM: the appointment was supposed to be at 10:00. She asked if someone would be at the residence at 0800. The residence is currently unoccupied and an hour away. So when this was explained to her she became affronted and asked if "we would rather just cancel the appointment then?" We should have said yes. The reps showed up an hour and 15 minutes early. Once there they heard the issues and said they could not fix the problems due to the types of repairs and that they did not want to be accountable in the future. The next day the reps showed up early but stayed parked out on the road until it was time for his appointment. He was going to provide a quote for system replacement. He did not have any real equipment with him to access the attic or to make necessary calculations. After about 15 minutes of speaking with him he said if we find another quote to call him and he would then decide if he could beat the price. He then left. I will not use this service in the future. They are not good at scheduling and maintaining the schedule. They have forgotten that they are providing a service to a customer. This has been the situation each time I have used them.

I thought they did an excellent job. They were very professional and very honest.

It was pretty simple & they did a great job.

On tne toilet clog I had a $25 coupon and get a 10% senior discount. They advertise a $99. special to clean any line. I was a bit surprise when handed a bill for $150. My advice is to get specifics before they come out and make sure you get the person's name that gave you the specifics.

They were horrible. They failed to do what they said they were going to do. We took for granted that they're gonna fix our problem. They just didn't and so it was more money to try and get things right. It turned out to be more expensive and was very disappointing. The manager finally had to get involved to resolve the problem. You kind of wait to see what's gonna happen. They weren't really wanting to make it right as far as, "This was our fault. We're going to take care of it." It was, "It's gonna be another 13,000 dollars" and they didn't offer any relief in that way even though it was really their fault. They were responsive as far as returning the calls and getting people out. The manager was really professional and really after getting things squared away. Midway through, he took charge of everything.

Already had blower and motor removed and cleaned when they arrived. Tech installed new generic "rescue" motor. It took him 12 hours to figure out how to wire it up with existing after-market humidifier and had to call in another tech to assist. The new motor ran slow so I called them back. A different tech arrived and we examined the motor. The first had installed a 240 volt motor, not the 120 volt motor required. The new tech had to call to have their warehouse opened (it was Saturday) so he could get a new motor. But when he came back with it it was another 240 volt motor! He said "they all use 240 volts these days." I replied "my furnace is 25 years old and does not use 240 volts. That's what I told the first tech." He had to leave and get another motor of proper voltage. When that was installed the furnace would not come on. He examined the thermostat and switched to "electric" instead of "gas" and it ran, but the fan comes on immediately instead of allowing the heat exchanger to warm up as is usual for a gas furnace. Hiller's motto is "Happy you'll be or the service is free" but after spending 18 hours (8 as leave from work) I express my dissatisfaction but they never offered any money back. They did offer to give me another year free memebership in their "Happy Hiller Club" where you supposedly receive discounted prices for work and materials (for a several hundred $ fee) . I took it, but when the normal renewal date for the first year rolled around they sent me a bill for renewal! No, thanks!

I called Hiller to help find a water leak on my property. I wanted to speak with a Plumber so I could provide details of the problem and get an idea of the solution and cost they would propose. Unfortunately, I could only speak with the receptionist/appointment maker, but I was told I would be able to speak with the plumber before he came out when he called in the morning to confirm the time he would be on-site. Unfortunately, the plumber arrived on-site without calling first. When he arrived on-site he indicated he would need to put in 3 or 4 intermediate valves at $450 each to isolate the leak and then pinpoint and fix the leak for another $600. When I asked him what it would cost to put in a single valve with tap that would be used by another company who had better technology to find the leak without more digging, he shocked me when indicated that would cost $1300. Indicating that the $450 per tap is the "volume discount" rate. When I offered to pay the $450 for the tap and then another $450 to repair the leak once it was pinpointed by the leak specialists, he said he couldn't possibly accept that proposal.

The company was responsive to my call. The service tech was dispatched as agreed upon. He was polite and professional. My only concern was that the price for the work was about 2 times what another HVAC service had quoted a year ago. Maybe the prices have gone up that much, but I don't think so. Still, I liked the tech and when he pitched me the on going relationship service, I signed up for it.

Recently bought a 4 yr old home with a gas HVAC system & gas water heater. I had/have no plumbing or HVAC problems but wanted to get smarter as while I have owned many homes this was the first with a gas system. Called Hiller on the recommendation of a family member and was not disappointed. Joined the "Happy Hiller Club" for $150 per year. That included an annual complete HVAC & plumbing inspection, drain water heater heater, checked crawlspace, etc. They sent two techs - - in two trucks - - one HVAC and one plumbing. They both spent 2+ hrs going over everything and fully explained the functioning of the gas HVAC system. One tech recommended a small part replacement on the water heater and the HVAC recommended an additional safety valve on the upstairs furnace. There was no hard sell. Both items made total sense and I asked them to make the fixes. Both techs totally professional, neat and responsive making certain I had all my questions answered. This is a quality outfit.

Our heat pump broke down on a January Friday and All Seasons responded quickly and were able to install a new unit the NEXT DAY!! They were the most professional team I have dealt with.

Installers arrived on time. Completed job within 4 hours. Professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

All Seasons was punctual & completed the work quickly & well. The price was high but, then again, I did have a whole new A/C system installed so it was expected.

The crew from One Hour Heating and Air were on time; professional, able to answer all questions. They explained all jobs to be done and followed the schedule as promised.

They arrived early, explained the installation process and they were extremely courteous.

Heat pump quit, All Seasons came out immediately, would take as much to fix as replace, so they installed a new one, 1st one did not work, they immediately put in a 2nd one and it worked - all between 8:00 AM & 3:00 PM. They were fast & professional.

I love them. I went like two days without hot water and by the time they got here I was fed up and I told them just give me a whole new water heater. They were great. They were professional. He was fast. He was really quick. He was timely. He was punctual. He has done a really good job.

I have been a customer with Hiller since they made an emergency visit and put in a new heating/air conditioning system while my elderly mother was visiting and the heat went out. They set me up with their club and they have made all their scheduled inspections. They put in a new toilet when my husband cracked one trying to tighten a joint. They installed a special filter for our system because we have pets and a lot of dust. They were performing their regular inspections at the latest visit and found no major problems but did warn that the water heater would not last much longer. Shannon recommended a larger water heater or a tankless water heater because we remodeled the master bath and installed a very deep tub. He also recommended a filter for the water intake into the house to cut down on wear and corrosion of the plumbing parts. He quoted prices, discounts available, brands of products available and pertinent statistics. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I will request him for any of my plumbing services.

The unit I had was about 20 years old,the air conditioner worked ok,but the heating portion was shot. I received a letter from All Seasons about a special they were running,so I opted to have them come and give me an estimate,which they did the next morning. Even though I thought it to be a bit pricey,I went ahead signed on the dotted line. The next day the installers were here on time.They did an excellent job throughout the entire process. Answered any questions I had and were very professional.

Very fast turnaround from inspection to finishing installation (less than one week)

They seemed pretty efficient, very punctual, readily available and the guys knew what were they doing. If I have any fault with them at all, is that they work under pressure, they have limited time to put the systems in. The company probably put pressure on them and it was a very big unit to do and put the units in the attic and it was very hard and it took a lot of time to get it in but they were very professional. Everything worked fine and they got it basically in two days, had to do a little clean up and followup the next day which I think maybe that's one is a little bit too much pressure for kind of work but they did a very good job and they did their best. These guys really worked hard. We didn't have any problems with it.

Communication was exceptional. Diagnosis and pricing to repair completed on first visit. Adjustments to appointments were changed without incident. Work was performed very professionally with good cleanup. Would use them again.

Work crews arrived at appointed time. They were very professional did work and cleaned up after wards everything to my satisfaction.
