Chris did an amazing job, extremely friendly and professional.

We recently switched to them. They did a good job. They had a special service going; three service calls for $99 and that is what got us interested. The one thing that would be was promptness; they told us they would be here with in a two hour period and they missed that two hour period. They were within the next hour. We have got a contract with them so they will be back.

Hiller's team came out and diagnosed the problem. They stayed until at least 8pm to make sure they found exactly where the blockage was and make the line useable at that time. They considered it an "emergency" situation. They were back the next day to install the new sewer line. As promised they were back in two weeks after the dirt had settled to make final adjustments and reseed my lawn. They kept saying that they wanted to make sure that I was happy and would not stop until that was true. I could not be more impressed with their professionalism and care.

From first contact things with Hiller went exceedingly well. They responded promptly to my service request to set up a time and showed up when they said they would. The guys who came were very friendly and knowledgeable and the finished product looks perfect. Will absolutely use Hiller again.

They gave us a status report, recommendations for work that was needed, and approximate costs.

ADDENDUM added 19 May 2014: Just received a very professional call from the owner who was concerned about what transpired and what she could do to "make it right" for me to continue using her company's services. We went over what I remember happening versus the notes she was given from her workers, and they differed just a bit. However, she was very sincere to retain my business and actually made me an offer for another year of HVAC maintenance servicing that was very fair. Will be retaining their services to see how things go this heating/cooling year. Will see how things do go and can make another review at a future date after HVAC tune-up services are provided.

First of all I was horrified at the ridiculously high cost of the repairs. In the past before Hiller instituted their little $99 club I used the company and the prices were fair. Since I don't believe in prepaying for service at $99 a year, I was price gouged for the service I needed. Within 4 hours after the technician left, the kitchen faucet was leaking again. All in all Hiller had to visit four times with four different technicians because none of them fixed the leak. Hiller billed me for the three additional visits when these visits should have been cost free until they could get the work right. I finally purchased a new faucet and had the fourth technician install it instead of trying to fix the faucet again. Hiller has a policy that if you're not happy with the service you don't pay. Well, I certainly was not happy with their service. I had to arrange to spend time three additional days to wait for the technician. My time is as valuable as Hillers. They forgave the charges of the fthree additional visits which I should never have been billed for in the first place. I did not get a refund of the original $150 cost for repairing the leak. I had a good laugh at their policy. Watch out for this company. They say one thing and do another.

They are real professionals. If you have a major job, this is the company for you. Everyone is friendly and easy to work with, and they follow up. I would recommend them to anyone.

Had a new sink and countertop installed, With the new deeper sink the drain would not line up for a hook up and drain pipe too high I called on Thursday night and the tech was out Friday morning. . The tech came out look at the problem. 1st he looked at changing the disposal ,that would not work. he called a few techs for different ideas. the only fix was to move the drain down lower( to have proper flow). He gave me the quote and a full explaination . He did the work. clean up very well, check the system over and check for leaks several times. Went through everything at the end.

Not so well. First visit, the guy capped the bib because he didn't have the correct parts. Three days later, the tech removed wainscoting from my wall while damaging the baseboard, fixed the problem but informed me it was not his responsibility to fix the wall. The company did contact me after this review to see if anything could be done to fix the issue. The work was done in 2011. Super nice customer service rep!

Reviewed several proposals before selecting Hiller. Salesperson gave a very professional presentation. All my questions were addressed. The installers were on time and new unit was installed and tested in a timely manner.

Every inspection we have had was very thorough and gave us confidence the 10 year old units were functioning as they should be. During the AC inspection the tech found a switch that was pitted and burned (I inspected it after he replaced it to confirm) that we replaced. I like to be proactive to prevent failures during the cooling season. . I have been very pleased with the quality of the inspections and ease of scheduling the services. The techs have been friendly, wore booties to protect carpet when inside and answered any questions I had during their inspections. In addition to the inspections, we get discounts for any additional service or parts needed during the year of our contract. I will definitely renew the contract when it is due. I did a similar thing in my last home with another company in Alabama and when I sold he home being able to provide buyers paperwork showing routine maintenance on the home systems was a positive selling point.

The technicians were very courteous and answered all the questions I had. There was a minor mistake made in the insulation of the furnace, but they corrected it with no problem at all. I was really impressed with them. I would recommend them to anyone I know. Of all the places I contacted, they by far had the best price.

Hiller offered us the best price with the best equipment. We received four quotes to replace a air conditioner/heater package unit. They were quick to respond (one day), and the install went without any problem. We were very pleased.

They were very helpful. They responded to my call right away and made arrangements to meet my tenant while I was out of state. They called me and explained the problem. They gave me an upfront price and got the repair done on site.

I was very impressed with this company. Their technicians are very professional and well informed. They were very thorough and answered any questions I had as well as make a few recommendations. They were courteous and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. I am retired now so it is comforting to me to know that this company is available 24/7 should I need them. The charges are very reasonable.

They promised they were going to come out on a specific day. Had to reschedule for several days later. Nashville had quite a bit of cold weather therefore they were busy but felt like they could come out earlier. I feel like they overcharged for their services. I was expecting, for the price, a replacement faucet in addition to fixing the leak.

Since the previous work was under warranty for five years, they replaced the broken faucet free of charge. The work was done quickly and they were very professional. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
