They are great I like them allot they are friendly and do a great job. Left area spotless when they left. They explain things to you well they are really good. They are on the highside cost wise. They are available 24-7.

Hiller Plumbing came out when scheduled, and completed the work promptly. The plumbers were professional, courteous and did good work. We should have had another estimate which is our fault. . The service was excellent. Next time I will most likely call Hiller, but I will get another estimate.

It was awesome!! I called about 10:15pm after I got home and found that the house was 84 degrees. The technician called me back in less than 5 minutes; he was at my house in an hour was first contact He diagnosed the problem, checking the attic segment as well as the outside part, and changed out the capacitor. He told me the problem before he did any work, told me the only other thing he found. He was not pushy about additional services, and was pleasant and professional the whole time here. I'll definitely keep these folks in my list!

Worked out fine. They came out when they said they would, they knew what they were doing, they were professional, and gave us a good price.

They want 49.95 just to come out and give an estimate.

One Hour Heating and Air was very professional and prompt. The sales team gave us several options and prices. Our old unit had went out. They recommended blowing more insulation in the attic to help cut down on our high utility bills. They also replaced the 2 electric exhaust fans in the attic that haven't worked in years. Our new unit works great! Our utility bill last month was lower. I am anxious to see the future utility bills for comparison. I would highly recommend All Seasons One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning.

They had a ‘D’ rating and I thought that was terrible. I had them come before I got Angie’s List. They were way too high. They were okay but their time frame was going to be a lot longer. I would tell other member their pricing will be high. It’s just me and my mother and I was inviting somebody for few days and she is not in good health but the other plumber was here for only four days and they were just busy, busy and busy. I can’t remember if they were late or not because we had so much of work done here.

Best service from an HVAC company than we have ever had. I will be telling everyone I know about them. We called Hiller at Midnight on Friday night after our cooling unit went out sometime just before that, and because they are 24hr service they made an appointment for the next morning around 10am. John with Hiller arrived before the appointment time and we spoke a few words and I lead him to the unit. He went right to work, discovered the problem, offered a solution which I accepted and he fixed the unit in under 30 minutes. He offered to do some maintenance free of charge and I accepted. He finished up and I settled the bill with him. He made sure one last time that everything was working and he was off to help someone else.

All the water in our house was draining into the basement. Called Hiller around 7pm. They were able to confirm a plumber would be able to come out sameday. There was no extra charge for the after hours work. Hiller gave us an estimated time of 11pm but a tech was able to come 1.5 hours earlier. Communicated with us the entire time. Plumber, Jeremy, showed up and was very knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and was very verbal as he was working. We felt very comfortable around him and speaking to him.

Well, when I got up this morning I had a shower and a clothes washer that were draining into my basement through a hole in the dirt wall. It looked like a flowing Artesian well.Roger Drury arrived on time and worked hard all day and then some, completing the job! He augured the pipes and was able to find the rusted and ruined parts of the pipes by using a seesnake. I was able to watch, also, as the camera examined the condition of my plumbing. I actually learned a lot about the drain part of my plumbing that I didn't know before. He found another drain pipe in the kitchen that had rusted out, also. After a lot of digging in my soggy basement and through to the backyard, he replaced my old-timey, worn out pipes with brand new PVC. I appreciated Hiller working with me on the price, also. .

Installation went smoothly. Courteous and professional workers.

On time, evaluable to my schedule, worked through rain shower, cleaned up and everything is great.

They attempted to charge me $800 for all of this. I literally could have bought all new toilets and sinks for less than what they offered to " repair" my base model stuff.

All three technicians were on time, very professional, cleaned up any debris, explained how the new additions worked and answered all questions.

I contacted Hiller to repair a water heater. I called them because they have regular operating hours on Sundays, and my water heater broke the Saturday night before Super Bowl Sunday. The rep on the phone was very nice and scheduled a technician for Sunday just before the "big game." The technician showed up on time, but obviously had a party to get to. He rushed to take it apart, suggested I replace the whole water heater, relit the pilot light, and put it back together (which I learned later he did incorrectly). The pilot stayed lit for about a week before technician #2 had to come out. He told me that the first technician didn't know what he was doing, and the whole water heater needed to be cleaned, including an air vent under the burner. He scrrubbed it with a wire brush that he had to borrow from me, put it back together, relit the pilot, and went on his way. Two weeks later, I had a third technician come back out when the pilot went out again. He told me that technician #1 wasn't from their Nashville office and had stripped the threading of a piece that connects to the gas line (sorry, I can't remember the exact part names). Technician #2 no longer works for Hiller. Technician #3 advised that a new part is needed, my water heater is still under warranty, gave me the exact information to provide to the manufacturer, and relit the pilot. The next day, I called and ordered the part. The manufacturer overnighted the part, and technician #3 returned the next day. He put the part in, relit the pilot, and waited around for more than an hour to ensure that it heated up properly and continued running. Nearly 6 months later, the water heater is still going strong with no more issues. End result quality is an A, but I knocked it down to a C due to the poor quality of the first two technicians. *Note: I only had to pay for the first technician. Followup visits are covered under the first payment until the problem is resolved.

ER HEATERJOB WENT WELL I WAS TOLD MY PROBLEM GAVE ME SOME OPTIONS EXPLAIN ALL THE DIFFERENT WATER HEATER THAT ARE AVAILABLE WHAT DIFFERENCE WAS WHAT IT WILL TAKE TO THE DIFFERENT UNIT IN.AFTER I MADE MY DECISION THE WORK WAS AS GOOD AS IT GET PUT REPLACEMENT IN REMOVE THE OLD UNIT UP AND RUNNING IN ABOUT A HOUR.I RECOMMEND HILLER THEY DO GOOD WORK

We called Hiller for a second opinion after being advised by another large, local reputable heating and air company that our 10 year old Mitsubishi Mr Slim ductless heat and air unit in our upstairs bonus room needed replacing. When I called Hiller to come and check things out, an appointment was set up quickly and around my busy schedule. David Cunningham was very detailed and asked several questions about the unit and offered detailed explanations and answers to my questions. His advice was the same as the other company. He asked what I was previously quoted and made no secret that he intended to be competitive and earn my business. He drew up a quote in writing on the spot and outlined everything that was included for that price. The guy at the other company had to go call someone for pricing and I had to call back a few days later to have them fax me the quote in writing since it was all verbal when he was here. In the end, Hiller's price was about the same as the other quote but they backed their service with a full 10 year in-house warranty on parts AND service and included the unit in a 1 year service maintenance plan. He also threw in my whole house unit in the service plan! I did some more research, joined Angie's List, looked up reviews and ratings here and at the BBB and found a $500 coupon for new unit installations on their website. I called and asked if I could use that and David was more than happy to apply the coupon to the total. I was added to the first available service date which was about 3-4 days away. My fiance took off of work for the day and stayed home to be here for the work to be done. Unfortunately no one arrived. When I called David he looked it up and realized he made a mistake and entered us in for the next day. He tried getting us squeezed into the schedule but there wasn't anything he could do to get anyone to my house that day. He felt terrible and removed another $200 from the cost for our inconvenience and time off work. The installers arrived the next day on time. I asked them to call me about 30min before they finished up so I could return home from work and take a look at everything and give them the payment. They called at 1pm and said they were finishing up and I left work to go home. When I arrived they weren't at my house. I went back to work and called David to inquire were they went. The installers called me a bit later and left a message that the unit was cooling and had been running since 1:30 but they guess I couldn't make it back. Not sure what happened there, it was a bit of a breakdown in communication but they did try calling and I also received a follow-up call from the office a few days later checking to see how everything went. No job is absolutely perfect. There are always some hiccups. But Hiller was professional throughout the job and did what they could to make it right. That's all one can hope for. So far the unit has been running fine and overall I am extremely happy with the work they did and felt like I was taken care of.

The tech was courteous, professional and knowledgable. He showed me each of the issues with our AC unit, and explained why the work was needed. He also found that much of the work was covered by Hiller ' s 10 year warranty (the unit was installed by Hiller in 2010), so the out of pocket expenses were half of what was originally quoted.

As far as doing the job, he did a good job, but the cost was (in my opinion) extremely high. They wanted 500.00 for running a water line to my refrigerator. The line would have been nor more than 12 feet long. Needless to say, I refused and I told them that that was way too costly.

I've opted for their discounts program and every year they come out and service our system and check for issues. We have used them from time to time to come out and check the system when it was close to 100 outside and they confirmed everything works appropriately and they offered tips to make it more comfortable.

They were punctual and professional. They were confident they could do the work. They quoted me a price in a timely manner. I went with another company based on cost .

It seems like every time they show up, they want to do a repair whether the system is working correctly or not. Every single time, they find something wrong.
