They deliberately omitted a key requested requirement in the contract write up. They failed to connect one of the down spouts. They took some customer furnished material and will not return it.

I am very unhappy and dissatisfied. All I wanted was to have my overflowing gutters adjusted. After a year, that problem still exists. Instead I was persuaded by a smooth talking salesman to purchase a Leaf Solution that I did not want. I am now stuck with a product that does not work for me and the company is refusing to release me from my contract.

Recommend getting multiple estimates prior to signing work order and reviewing contract prior to giving payment. Gutter was installed on time and appears correct. However contract did not include gutter installation requested that was used to avoid fixing an issue that was stated as requiring additional cost to fix. Contract had 2 lines drawn for gutter installation that did not include elbow from roof downspout that was stated as part of installation when agreed to work. I did not get multiple estimates resulting in paying too much for gutter installation.

I was getting this done for an elderly woman and asked for an estimate so I could explain it to her but they talked to her and got a check from her. I was going to get a couple of more estimates. The receipt could have been more detailed stating parts used and how many feet.they did great work.

They quote ridiculously high so you must negotiate a 50% cut in the original quote AT A MINIMUM!

Used cars salesman mentality Damaged my gutters while installing gutter guards. Over charged me and claimed I was trying to get a discount when I informed the salesman of the damages done to my gutters. On the plus side, they did replace the damaged gutters and gutter guards and apologized for calling me a liar after I sent pictures of the damages. Shop around. I'm sure that there must be more professional companies out there who dont treat customers or potential customers this way.
