+ -1 moreWorked out perfect, exceeded my expectations. Was recommended by a realtor. Knocked the work out quickly, sent daily text with pictures of work performed. Had a well written contract defining scope of work. Offers one year warranty on repairs performed. In one case of an electrical issue found, he sent me a video of the problem.
Description of Work: Painting, sheet rock repair, replace electrical fixtures, replace door seals, tile repair, replace plumbing fixtures, door replacement. General repairs to a rental home trashed by previous residents
