Gold's Gym South Huntsville

The only thing I really liked about them is that they had different kinds of machines that I could use, and it was nice and clean. I stopped using them about a year ago, I like walking, and it doesn’t cost me any money. Walking is awesome, I used to jog, but now I walk because it doesn’t harm the knees and muscles.

I had a free 7 day trial period at this gym. When I got there they said that I had to pay and it was not really a free it was only free for the 1 day. The price of the membership seemed quite high, so I went to another gym and the other was more expensive that this one. I would not go back to them in the future, because there was no pool, and sometimes the flat screens in the exercise equipment did not always work.

We go to Gold's Gym every week. They have trainers that have been very helpful in keeping us fit. Their knowledge of the body and training have been instrumental in helping us stay in shape safely. My wife has Lyme disease and their trainers have helped her regain her ability to walk. We are very appreciative of all their efforts in this regard.
