+ -1 moreExcellent job, hoping it lasts long! The previous tenant used a harsh chemical cleaner that etched the tub badly! Get a Grip had to do a lot of work and were very reasonable considering the time and effort spent! Also added the no-slip feature later since a bathtub mat with suction cups is now a no-no.

+ 0 moreJob was accomplished with a minumum amount of cleanup after completion. Job did require us to vacate the house while they sprayed the new coating but they had special fans to extract the fumes from the house.
Description of Work: They repaired and refinsihed my upstairs bathroom shower stall. The finished look was better than brand new. I had other outfits look at this project and they wanted to remove the shower stall and replace it with a new custom buitl stall. This had a price tag of $6000.00. They also repaired a crack and refinished the corian counter tops in my kitchen and made them look like new. Total cost for kitchen and bath $1200.00.

+ -1 moreIt was a rush job to get the tub done in a sequence of refinishing floors. I called Edwin last minute and thought I'd have to wait until the next week. He was able to way over-deliver by getting it done the next day. This is the second time I've used him and I highly recommend him.
Description of Work: See my first review under Gat a grip (I misspelled the name). NOTE: This franchise has a different owner than the other Get a Grip in Huntsville Edwin refinished an old cast iron tub. The tub looked really bad and would have been very expensive to rip out. I was nervous if this type of tub would come out as well as the plastic type. It came out great; even my contractor was impressed! He thought for sure it would have to be ripped out.

+ -1 moreHe showed up on time and did the job. He came back to check it to make sure all was well. I don't know if anything had to be fixed, but when I saw it, all repairs were completed.
Description of Work: I purchased the house for a very nice rental or resale. The bottom of an acrylic shower was badly cracked as if someone hit it with a hammer. Ed put something under the shower to strengthen it and then repaired it like new. The bathtub in the other bathroom had a hole kicked in the outside of it. Ed repaired that like new and cleaned the bottom of the tub to get rid of the grime. Ed is a talker, but also a gentleman. He is willing to work with the client. I will use him again.
