Extremely well Professionalism & timing.

I wasn't sure what to expect as I have never needed this service before. The owner Donnie has many years of experience in this neighborhood and I hired him for that reason. When it came time to start the job, he and his staff worked all day at the demo and cleaned everything up. I was pleasantly surprised. Donnie came back to finish the job using his using his knowledge of how to work with the weather, which left me very impressed. The job was done well. I am very happy with the results and I will be using him in the future for other concrete jobs.

While I'm happy with how the job finally turned out, I have remind him several times that the area he had prepped did not include the full extent of the driveway extension he quoted and measured for. Only after the cement truck finally arrived and I insisted, he he finally prepare the correct driveway dimensions. Unfortunately, he chose to park his dump truck loaded to the top with concrete about 2-feet onto the across the street neighbors yard and broke the main water line under the street. The city of Huntsville had to come out and dig up the neighbors yard and part of the street to replace the waterline in a major repair operation. I wouldn't be surprised if he finds himself in the middle of some litigation with the city and/or the neighbors for the damage and repair costs.

Donnie and his people were punctual and efficient. I had very clear ideas about what I wanted and why. He worked with me to incorporate my specifications for the job. His price was very fair and he and his crew finished the work on time. As with any job, it is important to make sure that the details are clearly understood. The extra concrete was used to make stepping stones. he was very efficient and effective at using his Bobcat and excavator to prepare the site. I would use him again.
