We had foundation settling on the southeast corner of our attached garage. Cracks/gaps in the brick (outside) and in the sheetrock inside. We have a large cedar tree within about 15' of the garage wall that we wanted protected from root damage. The company obliged by doing all the work by hand and protecting the roots with plywood sheets to carry the foot/wheelbarrow traffic. The crew worked very hard, were courteous, straightened up the area at the end of each day. They very clearly knew what they were doing. The supervisor/foreman directed the actual lift using a transit to verify the proper 'elevation'.

Burt Cox and company did an outstanding job installing 12 concrete piers. Foundation work done under the previous owners failed causing further settling after my wife and I purchased the property. This was verified by a structural engineer. Mr. Cox immediately recognized the problem and completed the work promptly. His crew was very professional during the 7 days they were on my property and thoroughly cleaned the entire area when complete. I received two other quotes from foundation repair specialist in the area. Foundation & Structural Renovations was the best value from both a price per pier and type of pier perspective based on the research I did and consultation with a structural engineer before making a decision. I would definitely recommend Foundation & Structural Renovations to anyone needing foundation repair.

It went well. There was a delay in starting due to the weather, but once they begun the crew put in some hard work. The surperintendent and the foreman were good to keep me appraised of their progress. There were a couple of issues unrelated to the actual work but they were attended to promptly and graciously.

Perfect. Did exactly what was needed and no more. Eliminated slight floor sag, a wallboard gap and door closure problem. The stiffened floor also had the side benefit of eliminating washing machine spin cycle vibration. They even juggled the schedule to accommodate some other work that could only start after they finished. Work looks good and craftsman like.

He's good but he's very expensive. He gave me too high a bid for me to use him. He explained everything he was going to do and itemized the costs.

It was a good experience from start to finish. The work was done promptly and the price was fair for the work that was done.

We had a flood from a broken storm drain above our house. I called several specialists to try to prevent a reoccurrence. Foundations and Structural Renovations was by far the most knowledgeable. Even though the city rebuilt the storm drain that will probably solve our problems, I went ahead and had FSR install their system across the back of my house before I repaired the internal damage from the flood. Work went exactly as planned and the crew was efficient, cleaning up as they went and repairing all damage to my lawn that the heavy equipment caused.
