FLOW RITE GUTTER SYSTEMS

I called Flow Rite Gutter Systems for an estimate to clean out my house gutters/downspouts. They said they would be out that day or the next to give me an estimate. They never showed up or called. I hired another company.

Very smooth and swift installation. Installers exhibited great teamwork and it was very evident they have done this many times before. Upon completion, the installers did a full walk-around to ensure everything was installed correctly and to my satisfaction, and the entire work area was cleaned-up. Would definitely recommend this company to others.

Failed to show for two appointments.

after we got the estimate I asked about changing the downspouts to move the water around the house instead of uphill. They didn't respond and we used another company.

Over the last couple of months, I have had 4 appointments for work estimates with this company. They have failed to show every time with very weak excuses. Unreliable...would really worry if I had actually contracted work with them.

I bought a house in 2011 and needed to have the old, flimsy gutter covers (which weren't doing much good) replaced, along with a thorough gutter & downspout cleaning. They performed an estimate and left it in my mailbox, then I called and set up a time for them to come out and perform the work. I didn't have to be present for either the estimate or the actual work, and they did a great job. I even got up on the roof myself to inspect the work and make sure everything was up to snuff, because that's how I roll. They even left the old gutter cover material in a neat little pile by the road for trash pickup. The only reason I gave a "B" for responsiveness was because I had to play a little bit of phone tag to set up an appointment, but then later I found out it was because they had a family emergency going on, so you gotta cut them a little slack there.

I called them to come out and give me an estimate on adding some gutters that had blown off in a storm, and we made an appointment. He was a NO SHOW!! One of my biggest pet peeves with contractors - if something came up and you can't make it, at least have the courtesy to call so I'm not sitting around waiting for you to come by when you said you would. As of today, September 2, he has still not called to apologize for missing the appointment or to reschedule. I guess he doesn't need work!! That is just so unprofessional and I would not use them again due to this.
