Well, after an excellentprevious job on cabinet drawer for a very reasonable price, I left another drawer with them for a similar job. Days and a week or more went by with out any update..I went by several times but no one was there. Phone calls were useless...I never got a response. I finally (3 weeks after drop-off) caught them in the shop and asked about my broken drawer. The boss said they had been busy on bigger projects and hadn't looked at it yet. 3 weeks with no word. I collected my drawer and left. Even just one call to gve me a status and an antcipated repair tme would have been very professional and courteous. I cannot recommend even this very good shop after that careless treament of a customer.

Keith came in, took the doors with him and gave us the finished doors back same week. What impressed us most is the quality and the work as well as their honesty in telling us what can be done and what will not work. I highly recommend for all refinishing projects they are able to handle.

Reworked his schedule to allow us to get the work done and get our new fridge in as soon as possible because the old fridge no longer worked. Appreciated his consideration and his work was professional and very well done.

A little difficulty in getting in touch with, but understandable, given how busy he is. Obviously he enjoys the work!

I highly recommend Keith and Nick for refinishing hardwood flooring. We hired a contractor to install and finish new hardwood flooring in our home. This person did not sand the flooring properly and it had a very rough feel and appearance. We had to find another contractor in the middle of the job. I called local businesses that sell hardwood, for advice, and Final Finish was recommended. Keith and Nick are true craftsmen who care about the quality of their work. Nick turned a disaster into a beautiful floor! Thank you again. We love our floor and are very happy that we found you!

Keith picked up the dresser from my home and it was in pretty bad shape - sat in a garage for decades. The dresser was stripped and stained. The final result is simply beautiful. I would never have guessed it would turn out so lovely. I did ask for Keith to replace the mirror. There was a delay at the glass company so the mirror was never installed (nor charged for). I decided at a later date to work directly with the glass company to have the mirror installed. I was very pleased with the quality of the work AND it was completely very promptly. Keith and his staff were very pleasant and helpful when estimating, picking up, and delivery the furtniture. I will definitely use Final Finish again in the future - I have more projects needing attention! Update: Keith at Final Finish actually got the mirror ready for installation for me, so I never had to work with the glass company.
