I was referred to Jeff at Extreme Exteriors. When I called, Jeff was polite and helpful. When he came out to give me the quote, he was very fair and reasonable. He and his crew showed up on the scheduled date and on time. They always made sure to clean up any mess before they left for the day. I would recommend anyone needing any exterior work done to use Jeff and Extreme Exteriors.

In December I went to the property and the middle two thirds of the gutter was hanging down from the roof. I called Jeff and explained the problem. He said he would come out that week and fix it. He never came out, and I left several messages over the next month or so reminding him of his commitment to come out and fix the gutters. It is now March (3 months later) and the gutters in the back of the house are still hanging off! Its only barely attatched to both ends of the house. When I initially told him about the problem he said it was because the fascia boards under the aluminum siding was rotted. I told him if that was the case, then the gutter should have been secured to the end of the trusses-you dont just nail them up into rotted wood that wont hold more than a few months and leave it at that. Jeff had done some work on another rental property of mine prior to this and did a good job. At any rate, I would't use him again. I need a contractor that stands behind their work. Jeff did not come out and fix the gutters after telling me he would and he never even responded to my calls or the voice messages that I left in late December and early January of 2014.

Mr. Killian had been recommended, so I selected Extreme Exteriors from three vendors. He and his crew showed up when they said they would, and they were very professional and polite. I have a two-story house, so there was work on the second story, the roof gables, and the vents at the top of the siding, as well as siding on the first floor. They did a good job of custom-fitting trim around vents and gables. After they finished the siding, they cleaned up the waste and left the yard and driveway in good shape. I was pleased with the final job and the improved appearance of the house. The house now looks newer and well maintained. I was happy with Mr. Killian and his crew's work.

The installation was quick and professional. He had to crew of 4 people that worked well as a team and had the work done in 2 hours. Looks great. The siding was wiped down and all debris was removed. I am very pleased with the work and will use Jeff for other work that he performs.

I was referred to Jeff Killian by a neighbor. The work was done directly by him and his employees; the cost was substantially cheaper than any major siding/window company and certainly not overpriced like Sears, Home Depot, etc. He offered an option of different thicknesses for wear and longevity and had plenty of color options. He was generally easy to get in touch with, was responsive, and got the job done in about 4 weeks including the time taken to order the material, deliver it, install it, and clean up. He required a $2000 deposit for the materials and the remainder due on completion. The window installation and framing were very well done. The siding install was also very well done. This was a budget job and he priced and worked it accordingly. I have not lived in the house since 2011 so I cannot comment on the wear beyond the original installation in 2009, but the material held up very well. I expect to use Jeff again in the future for other window replacement and trim projects.

The job was performed in a timely manner. We had a minor misunderstanding early on but Jeff was very professional in clearing things up and continuing to work with me. I was pleased by the quality of the services provided.

We bought all the materials and thought we could do it ourselves but we just mangled the project. They finished the service the same day. They didn't have to come and do an estimate. They had all the materials and did it on the spot. We liked that they could do it on the spot. They were very punctual, which was amazing for all the damage in the area. We would use them again.

We received an estimate for installing vinyl siding. Wehn we called to ask questions, we learned that the estimate did not include all of the costs of the installation. The owner was very nice about answering questions, but had to come back out to update the estimate which increased by $600, from $2000 to $2600. We feel that he should have included all optionms in the original estimate for comparision purposes.

Jeff Killian gave us an estimate for 14 new energy efficient windows and separate estimate to repair weathered cedar siding. The estimate was the best price we had received. Jeff and his crew replaced all 14 windows in 1 day. They came back the next day to complete the wrapping. They removed all the old windows and the work site was spotless. The repair work on the cedar siding was outstanding. Jeff replaced old cedar siding and used a product by Sikkens to coat the old cedar. He capped all the doors, and garage board and did extra repairs where there was carpenter bee damage and bird damage.

Jeff Killian came and gave us a written quote within a day or two of calling. His quote was the best price as well as the most expedient so we hired Extreme Exteriors. The job was scheduled and went extremely well. The only hold-ups were weather (it rained for a few days) and there was a delay in ording our specific material. Otherwise, the job was continuous and very professional. It was a great experience and I would recommend him to all.

The work has not been done yet. I have just had one meeting with the owner and he was professional. He seemed to know his business well. I was impressed just by meeting with him once and I thought he could do a good job. He was very responsive. The quote is for $9600. I will be using them for the job.

The contractor got here fairly early in the morning, and dropped off the guy that was actually going to do the work. He did the following: 1) He removed the old plastic covered wire mesh screens, then cleaned out the gutters. 2) He installed the aluminum screens. I had to leave for a lunch appointment, so I couldn't tell him what to do with the trash. He took the old screens and put them in my garbage can, then swept up the dirt cleaned out of the gutters into a pile on my patio. It has not rained yet, so I am not certain they will work correctly. However, the installation looks good. If they don't work, I will update this report.

I was on the schedule for three weeks later and the company had a cancellation and wanted to know if they could go ahead and do the job. I told them they could and they did a great job. Installed everything and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. If you are having any exterior work done, I recommend you give Extreme Exteriors a hard look and consideration.

My initial requiry was responded to in a timely manner. He told me he could not install the gutters on the shed/carport but would make the modifications to my existing gutters some time next week. Upon the intial week passing, I called to check on the status. He told me then that he was busy and would get in the next few days plus he had some ideas on the gutters for the shed/carport. After another week, I called to inform him that I was waiting on his ideas for shed/carport before I contacted anyone else and I needed to figure out something soon due to the installation of a nearby patio. I told him that if he wasn't going to be able to do it then I would appreciate it if he told me now so I could go ahead and contact someone else. I was again told he would be able to get to it again soon. Another 2 weeks passed and I called him again. He then stated that he was just too busy doing new installs to get to me. Now, I must say that I probably would not even have written a negative review without having any work done but I really didn't appreciate being strung along only to later be told that he didn't have time to do the work. If you don't have time or feel that the job is too small to warrant your time when you have larger jobs on the books then say at the onset or at least after the first lapse in time. Better yet, admitting it when you are asked directly would also be nice.

Jeff came out, inspected, and gave me a written estimate on the spot. He and his crew came out the next day and did the repair work. Once they got up and started the repairs, they found some rotten wood, which they replaced and rolled up into the existing estimate. All the work was done in about three hours. Jeff was very professional, prompt, and the repaired trim looks great!

I have rarely had such a positive experience working with a home services contractor. Jeff was easy to get in touch with, prompt, knowledgeable, and was genuinely interested in my satisfaction with his work. He and one other employee performed all of the work and the job was started the day following my material deposit. The entire job including the windows, trim, and cleanup took about three weeks and work was done every day that the weather was good. I was very impressed with the quality of the installation and the attention to detail in the trim and finish work. He was careful to ensure that any wood damage was replaced instead of covered and he also retrimmed several areas around my door frames that my puppy had chewed a year or two ago. The few times that Jeff needed to meet me prior to leaving for work he was punctual and valued my time. His on-site employee was courteous and the site was thoroughly cleaned up at the end of the job. Jeff did excellent work at a competitive price and the house looks great.
