+ -1 moreNo showed appointment they scheduled, no phone call or email to let me know they weren't going to make it. I drove over an hour on a work day to be there and waited 30 min after arrival time. Tried calling owners cellphone, straight to voicemail.

+ -1 moreIt went great. To my surprise, I didn’t need insulation. I really appreciated the honesty and integrity. He did give some ideas about what I could do to help keep my upstairs cool. When I do need insulation, I will call Eagle.
Description of Work: It was suggested to me by the HVAC person that I get better attic insulation. I called Eagle insulation and they called me back within an hour to set up an appointment to come look at my attic.

+ -1 moreVery responsive to my initial request for quote. Came out for quote prep and was very informative and courteous to my wife. Provided excellent quote and scheduled installation 2 days later. Service performed by 3-man crew, They arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled, with a big truck with hoses coming into house. They went right to work and finished in an hour, using one man in truck, one man at attic entrance, and one man in the attic. I inspected after completion and agreed that the installation was uniform and met the required 13" thickness to provide R-38 in the attic. There was a smell for 2-3 days afterward (cellulose offgassing fire retardant from what i read on Internet), but after that, everything was fine. I've noticed an immediate reduction in the frequency of the A/C unit cutting on. Can't wait to see my next utility bill! I'm a VERY SATISFIED customer overall.
Description of Work: Provided blown in cellulose fiber insulation in my home's two attic spaces, on top of existing 3-4" insulation. The total attic space was approximately 2,500 SF.
