carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreDelayed arrival because owner did not provide fuel in the trucks for crew. All truck supported cleaning equipment for the company was inoperative. Crew used alternate portable carpet cleaner that left carpet very wet. The crews tried to perform their best in spite of the poor support from the owner. Complaints to the owner were received with indifference. Although we have used this company in the past; because of their deteriorating equipment we would not use this company again nor would we recommend them.
