They charged me $1500 to install my kitchen sink. New construction. It took the guy about 3 hours and I has all the parts.

It's been great. We have had no issues and we highly recommend him to others.

Arrived on time, went right to work, was courteous and friendly. Did a very thorough job to my satisfaction. Price was quite a bit higher than I expected based on some other reports from friends for similar work but the work was performed to my expectations. The price was given before the work started so I had the opportunity to cancel the job but they were there and I needed the work performed.

Scott responded very quickly late on a Saturday afternoon. He diagnosed and fixed the pipe leak quickly (total time ~1 hour), which mitigated the water damage to our house. The price was well worth the service provided, especially on such short notice and on a weekend. Thank you Scott!

They were really great! The call was answered immediately after hours. Since I was able to get the water stopped after discerning it was from the irrigation system, I asked that they come in the morning. They were prompt, courteous, and assessed the situation. They would have been able to fix the immediate problem but since there were other issues with the system, they recommended that I might want to discuss with the irrigation company. We have used Dean Plumbing on several occasions since moving to this house a couple of years ago and they have always been completely dependable. I would totally recommend them.

I?acquired an estimate to replace a sink and garbage disposal on 1/26/16.? The gentlemen who came by were super nice and personable.? Their estimate was $1213 but applied an Angie?s List discount so it came to $1041.??? I was shocked.? They told me that it was an all day job and I was paying for a ?company? (um, who cares). I?ended up getting the job done from D&B plumbing.? It took 2.5 hours, they did a wonderful job and it cost me $208.? I also had other?estimates around this price.? W**, Dean?

Contacted them on 11/20 for an estimate and they came right out. They emailed me my estimate later that evening since he had multiple estimates to do. I called Monday to schedule the water heater job and set it up for Tuesday 11/24. Scott arrived and wasted no time getting to work. He had the old one out and the new one installed pretty quickly. He was very professional and a pleasure to talk to. When the job was complete he left the area just as clean as it was when he arrived. Would definitely recommend these guys for all of your plumbing needs.

Dean has done both warranty and non-warranty work for me over the last three years. The plumber has always been punctual or notified me if would be delayed. They work efficiently, are pleasant, and the price has been within what I've been quoted.

They're very good. I've used them several times over the last 20 years. They are sometimes difficult to get a hold of but other than that they are very good. They do a good job. I think they're relatively reasonable. They came when they said they were going to come.

Provider attempted to bandaid the repair and did not fix the issue. Provider charged $150. Had to call another provider to resolve the issue. Provider did reluctantly refund the $150 after compliant. Service was not good.

They did a very good job. They’re very responsive, reliable, and dependable. I’m not paying them but they were coming honoring their obligation to the builder.

Due to a frozen pipe, an outdoor faucet started leaking inside the wall that ties into our kitchen sink. Dean a repair man came and relaced the faucet. He was friendly and professional. Due to water damage, our entire kitchen had to be torn apart and the wood floor had to be replaced by home owners insurance. Since it only leaked when we watered in the summer with the outside faucet we didn't realize until next summer that another piece of the pipe had cracked (at the original freezing) and started leaking again when we started watering the lawn. Kithcen torn apart and floor had to be replaced again!!! This time Dean Plumbing had to pay for all repairs because they did not check the pipe for a crack. I had to call them back 3 times to tighten the kitchen sink faucet. Now the for the third summer in a row, the there is a water leak under my sink. Not the original pipe but the metal nut that ties the plumbing into the bottom of the sink. It had not been tightened properly and when I went to see if it was loose it almost fell of in my hands. It took three turns to tignten it all the way. The other side of the sink was not so loose but it needed tightening also. After tightening them NO MORE LEAKS.

They were very professional and gave a detailed estimate. They were punctual and polite. I didn't use their company because the project was out of range of my budget.

I spent about $160 for their services. They were great. I called them and they had a guy at my house within 30 to 45 minutes. It wasn’t even an emergency. I researched online and their name came up. It looks like they have been in business for a while. So, I gave them a call just to see how soon they could get somebody out. I didn’t even ask and they said they could have somebody at my house pretty quickly. They said that they would send someone over who was in my area after he finished his job. Then they came right over. They gave me a free estimate on getting some other work done. I even got a thank you card in the mail a week or so later. That just doesn’t ever happen anymore either. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

I called my son and he came with a friend. My husband and I had cleaned up the water, but they quickly (in less than 15 minutes) determined where the pipe had burst in the kitchen. Pulled out base corner cupboard and removed damaged pipe. Went and bought the parts needed, came back and repaired that part. Went outside to finish what the "professional" had started and did not like it. Went and bought better stuff to use in conjunction with what plumber had left. Put that all back together and turned on the water. Everything fine. Cleaned up the mess the other guy left. All accomplished in less than three hours. NEITHER MY SON NOR HIS FRIEND ARE PLUMBERS. I received a bill FOR THE FULL AMOUNT! I called and said surely I do not have to pay this whole thing, the guy left after 15 minutes or so WITH NOTHING FIXED. They said I was liable and I had to pay the whole thing, which I did. No one at any age needs this kind of grief. They should be in another line of business. Sent them their check on 01/24/09

The main problem with Dean Plumbing is their scheduling. We made an appointment several days in advance, confirmed that morning, and then nobody showed! I called and was told, "You're on the list, but sometimes jobs take longer than expected." It is also worth nothing that it is company policy NOT to call customers if they will not keep an appointment. So the work is fine, but don't count on anyone showing up.

The plumbers arrived close to on time, started the work and progressed quickly. The job took a bit longer than I would have liked due to a dull trenching machine, but other than that I was pleased. I would have appreciated more timely call backs because I had several questions.
