Description of Work: Diagnosed faucet problem and replaced faucet on two separate days. They were very responsive. Did not have towels to sop up water which I thought was strange. Had to get permission to use tenant's towels. I also thought the price was high. Though I told them up before service was provided that I was an Angies list member, the 10% discount was not provided. At the end of the service I did not remember to ask the plumber to apply the discount, so I'm partly to blame for that.

Description of Work: The toilet was leaking and had to be reset. In the past I would have done it my self but due to a bad back I had to pay to have it done. I was satisfied with the service but thought the cost was extravagant.
