The experience could not have been better. The shutters were installed timely and professionally. The shutter color was matched perfectly with the existing trim. We're looking into custom book cases as well based on our experience.

I went to the store and found the sales staff to be excellent and I got the estimate in under a week. It only took 2 weeks to get the blinds made and installed. It only took 3 hours to get everything installed.
Description of Work: They did an excellent job and the blinds they put up look wonderful. I have no complaints or problems with the work or the quality of the installation.

They did a pretty good job and were easy to get in touch with. They were quick to get the order in and were quick to finish the onsite job. I found them on Angie's List and will use them again in the future.

I found Custom Plus Inc. through Angie’s List back in 2011 and this is the second time I've used this provider. I called and they were able to visit my home within three days and provide a written estimate. Because the shutters were custom cut for my windows, it took several weeks for them to be crafted by the manufacturer. Mitch contacted me when the shutters were ready, we set up a second appointment and he was able to install them within an hour. Overall, a very positive experience – no issues whatsoever.

Description of Work: Mitch came to my home and measured 18 windows for faux wood 2 inch blinds. The blinds came in in less than 2 weeks. Mitch called on 10/4 to arrange installation the morning of the 10/5. He arrived at 9:30 and the job was complete by 12. He was friendly, had his system of installation down pat, and did not make any mess. He checked the operation of each blind as it was installed. The cornice mounted at the top of these blinds is very attractive.
