+ -1 moreSigned contract to build home on 29 December 2018 for home to be built in 180 days. Didn’t move into home until 23 November 2019. Builder never did final walkthrough or provide manual book as required by contract. Defects in driveway, front porch, back porch, flooring, interior trim, ventilation and landscape not built to contract. Contract states when defects are identified to Compass Homes LLC they have 14 days to respond, Compass Homes has refused to correct deficiencies as identified to them and we have been forced to seek legal remedies. Recommend never using this builder to build home or do home renovations.
