+ -1 morei still own the house but it is now a rental property managed by another real estate company.
Description of Work: They failed to sell my house after a year of being under contract. At one point we had a signed contract in hand but my agent encouraged me to let the buyer out of the deal, when they had 2nd thoughts. The buyer was a real estate investor who had several properties in the neighborhood. But they wanted to back out after a tornado came through the area. There was no damage to my house that was under contract.
