Description of Work: Closet Orderly installed closet shelving and garage shelving in my home.

Description of Work: My husband and I finished off an attic. My closet was done in cedar and including the wall, about 480SQFT. Called company to have a hanging system for clothes and shoes. Patty Sobieske came out, she measured everything. I told her what I wanted. We were not entirely finished with closet yet and this was in April. She came back in June when we were finished. I told her what I wanted. One wall for my shoes with a rod system, the back of cedar closet to be open, she said she wasn't sure if they had one, she would find one. I told her no shelving, she said we would have to have something mounted on the rod system which was fine, because it was just going to be a small piece of wood. The wood we chose was a dark wood , contrasting, I asked her if it was similar to particle board, she said yes. I told her I didn't want that, she said it would be such a small amount no one would see it. I advised her if shelving was the only choice with particle board, that I did not want particle board in the is closet and she was to let me know she could not find it. I told her if she could not find the rod system then I didn't want it. She left ,and we didn't hear back from her for some tim. A guy came back and brought in this particle board and shelving, they installed all shelving and it was enclosed, and no rod system anywhere, the top shelf was crooked, they could not fix it because of a board on the back o. This was supposed to be custom made, its all shelving and you cant see the cedar wall.
