Chris Meadows

It turns out that the house I wanted to see was priced quite a bit outside my price range of $225,000 although it was also a foreclosure. It was a brand new home 2 year old home which no one had lived in. Walking in I realized that the house I wanted but it was priced above $250,000 (down from an initial price of $310,000). Chris did his homework and I initially made the bank a very low offer but they responded. In the end we settled on 229,526. When I first met Chris he was just another realtor in Huntsville but now I consider Chris a true friend. During the entire time of living in the apartment, Chris never called me to goad me into start looking for houses. He was patient. Additionally, I ended up in the hospital for several days during this process and Chris came to see me. I can't give higher praises for this young man. He provides old fahioned customer service and from here on out whenever I decide a buy or sell a piece of property in Huntsville I won't use anyone else but Chris.

My house had been on the market for over 1 year. Frustrated with my previous realtor and since Chris had shown my house on several occasions representing potential buyers I called him. Chris came to my home. We discussed what I wanted in order to sell my home as soon as possible. Then he had me get a pen and paper and walked through the entire house. Chris told me telling me exactly what needed to be repaired or fixed in order to sell my home. Chris was direct with I sincerely appreciate. The fixes were reasonable. Also, he told me what NOT to change which was equally important and valuable to me. Plus, Chris recommended I get the repairs completed before placing my house back on the market. After I engaged Chris as my agent and throughout the process he did EVERYTHING he said he would. He kept me informed and we spoke with on a weekly basis at the bare minimum. The following instances display how much Chris care's for his clients: In one instance, when I was on travel for work and realized I had forgotten to haul my trash can to the street on garbage day, I called Chris. Aware that I had a scheduled showing, he hauled my trash cans to the curb himself. On another occasion, I ended up in the hospital for 4 days in September. Again, I called Chris to let him know where I was. Not only did he make sure everything was good at my home but he visited me in the hospital. The home inspection indicated a higher than normal radon reading at my home. Chris met with me and both Radon abatement experts whom I interviewed for the work. I can't give higher praise for Chris Meadows. He "walks the talk". I am looking forward to the time I buy my next house. I will use no other Agent than Chris. He is absolutely reliable; very easy to work with; and extremely good natured. Chris sold my house in 5 months.
