Very good presentation by a knowledgeable and friendly salesperson. Answered all my questions and gave me choices. Based on quality of construction parts, I am looking forward to construction.

DO NOT USE Champion Windows!!! Our experience continues to be a complete nightmare that Champion does NOT want to finish!!! Our windows were improperly installed, they are NOT plumb, square, or level. Outside air blows in around the frames!!! And they left our home damaged from their improper demolition!!! Window trim/casing are cracked, broken and beat up. Window casings pulled from the walls. The surrounding sheetrock has nail pops from the rough handling/demo. The demo/installers beat the old windows out with crow bars and hammers. My husband called Champion for five days while their best installation team was at our house. We were told someone would come out and check the work. Nobody came out. Three months later, the local manager finally returned our calls and came out to view the damage. He was appalled at the terrible craftsmanship and related demo damage. He promised financial compensation, repairs to all damage, and proper installation of our new windows. We had just purchased the house a few weeks prior to hiring Champion Windows and everything was in excellent shape. We have called up the corporate chain and got no responses. Now there is new management that promises to repair all damage, install windows properly (with insulation this time) but they will NOT offer any financial compensation. At $37,500 total cost and a week of not being able to leave the house or work from home because the pounding was SO loud as they stood on windowsills beating out windowsâ ¦one would think taking some appropriate amount off the price and signing a new agreement to repair the mistakes and indemnify us would not be a far stretch. Additionally, arrangements for on-site supervision of incompetent artisans and time off work will be necessary due to our mistrust in this unprofessional company. If this review saves one person the grief we have experienced, it will be worth the time spent writing it.

Big deep breath... Long waiting 6 months or more to get windows. Don't recommend vinyl window frames. They easily crack and break and chip. Takes months to see anyone to replace or service them. They installed broken window the day it arrived. Once completed we inspected it, and found multiple breaks and cracks. Called for service request with company The representative came to look at it, they was supposed to order a new window back in January Said it would be 4-6 weeks of arrival of new window. March came no new window. Tried contacting Huntsville champion windows, now I only get lots of run around from Ohio..no results. I call each week.. They don't respond. As of today...I need to file a complaint with the federal trade commission. I'm fed up with this nonsense I've been waiting since November for a new window. It's June now. Apparently this is happening all over USA Champion had been bought out by someone else.. so the real champion windows doesn't exist and the quality went with it. Don't waste your time using champion windows. The quality is = 0 Customer service is = 0 Response = 0 On hold all day = bankrupt Give you plenty of run around = bankrupt

They suck !

The sales staff that came were very helpful and explained the process and the product really well. I booked right away and was told it would be 6 to 8 weeks wait for the windows to be made. The remeasure guy came the next day 4 weeks later I received a call on Monday that my windows were in. The install guys came on Wednesday around 9 am and were done by 2. They were nice and knew what they were doing. Every one has commented the windows improved the look of the home. I am a very happy Customer!!

Champion did a great job installing our sunroom and also covered patio. You can barely tell it’s a new addition. Quality work and outstanding customer service. They were recommended to me by a friend who had a larger sunroom added to his house. I now also highly recommend them to anyone searching for home additions.

They left a gap between the roof and the gutters, making them almost useless. Said it was not their fault.

I would not recommend Champion to anyone. I had several issues with the company. First was the sales person. He was very misleading. I had mentioned that I was going to be needing 4 new windows. He said to me what if I can get some windows added to this would you be interested in this. I said yes. This never happened. I had a leak in my chimney. He told me they would fix this and the whole upper half of my house would be water proof when Champion was done. Later learned; that this was not true by the district manager. Told that Champion would get started in a month. They started almost three months later. There was delay, after delay for Champion to get started. During this time my chimney continued to leak and caused damage to the inside ceiling. I had to get this repaired which cost me an additional $375.00. I had a wave in my new siding and pointed this out to the installer. He said he had seen it and put the siding over it. I didn't have a wave in my old siding. They did come out and add extra support which took most of the wave out. Again the sales person told me that Champion guaranteed no waves in their product. I had ask the sales person what causes this and what can be done to prevent this. It took the Champion over a month to install the siding. My neighbors came up to me and commented on how long it was taking. One needed a new window and called Window World after seeing how long it was taking. I found Champion on Home Adviser
