+ 1 moreWe came to Carpet One to begin the process of choosing hardwood and ceramic tile for the restoration. From the moment we walked into the store my wife and I felt like we were the stores top priority. Debra immediately came to us and assisted us in choosing the right materials and colors. Debra even came to the house to ensure the choices of materials were truly the right ones. The biggest surprise was the day the installers came to begin the tear out and installation. I cannot put into words how pleased we were with their professionalism, courtesy, and thoughtfulness for us as we were going through this ordeal and having to live in one room of our house and eat all of our meals in restaurants. Jamie, Jodi, Danny, Brant and Zach were fantastic and truly wanted and succeeded in doing the job right. I cannot recall ever having a more reassuring experience. All of the crew needs to be commended for a job well done. Our hardwood floors look fantastic and the new tile selected for the kitchen is amazing.
Description of Work: Recently our family experienced a large area of damage to our kitchen floor resulting from a leaking dishwasher. After consulting with our insurance company we selected a restoration company to use for all of the repairs. It appears that the restoration company sub contracted Carpet One as the supplier of materials for the flooring and for the installation. It goes without saying that the idea of having the house’s entire hardwood floor ripped up was an event we would have rather not experienced.

Description of Work: My wife and I had the entire house recarpeted and the Master bath and Kitchen retiled. At first it looked good. However, as time progressed, Carpet One had to keep sending people out to restretch the carpet. this has been going on for a long time (years). Now the tile in the kitchen is coming up and Carpet One once to charge me $850.00 to pull up the tile and redo the kitchen. The kitchen was not done correctly and Carpet One wants me to pay for their poor workmanship. If you love re-work, this is the company to go with.

+ -1 moreThey installed the carpet and pad we requested in a timely manner. However, I noticed a large crease in the carpet. The installer said that the crease would go away over time. After 4 years, it didn?t. If an installer claims that a problem with a carpet is a normal part of the installation process and will go away over time, better double check.
Description of Work: As part of an insurance claim, we used Carpet One to replace the carpet and pad in my living room.
