Description of Work: Carlton has been providing semiannual maintenance on my two heat pumps for 12 years. He started out working for someone else, and later bought that company. He knows the heating and cooling business and he consistently provides the best service and price. On this latest visit he was at my house, on time, the next business day after I contacted him.

+ -1 mores. I have used Carlton for heating and cooling work since 2001 when he installed two heat pumps for me. Since then I have used him to service the units annually. He is a very friendly person and a pleasure to work with. He does excellent quality work, and I have never had a problem with the services he performs. Carlton is an honest and experienced professional who will only do the heating and a/c work that is needed at the time of the service call. He has always been very responsive to my needs, and has always provided same day service. The price for his work and products is very reasonable, and I have never felt I have been overcharged. If you're looking for a long term solution for your heating and a/c work, call Carlton.
