They came the same day. I thought it would take days with the increased heat. Customer service was outstanding. Michael went above any expectations. Totally would recommend this company.

I texted on a Sunday night he got back with me immediately and was over the next day replaced a part my unit worked till the next morning so called back and he came the next day compressor had over heated so he came back on Thursday and now it is finally running properly

Bruce went above and beyond the call of duty, responding late on Friday night of the 4th of July weekend, promptly diagnosing the problem, providing a quick workaround, determining that the needed part would be available the next morning. Returning with the part Saturday morning and fixing everything perfectly. Will recommend him to family, friends and neighbors and use him in the future whenever needed.

Contacted me immediately and had repairman call me with his schedule and fit me in. Michael called on his way and checked the A/C and fixed it immediately. The technician Michael Wooten was very professional and able to diagnose the problem right away. With his knowledge and expertise he expertly removed the motor that had gone bad, he then took it to two different supply houses because the first would not give him a warranty discount even though the part was still under warranty. The second did give him the discount which he passed on to me. Unlike most other technicians Mr. Wooten allowed me to talk with him as he worked. Thanks

I had to have my whole ac/hear systems replaced Mike was efficient, honest , trustworthy, and always did what he said he was going to do. He kept me up to date on what was going on.. If I ever need any service with my ac/heat system, I would call this company in a minute.
