Bruce had his technician Michael dispatched to take care of business the day of our request, and the results were a residential central AC system that went from not cooling to pumping out air 20 degrees cooler than the intake, those are great results! His pricing is right in line with local rates. His invoicing was sent promptly via email with definable features of work and online or check payment options. What more can you ask for?

First, I apologize for not having provided this review sooner; however, it wasn't because we weren't extremely satisfied with Bruce's concern for our problem, his understanding of the task, his ideas and recommendations concerning the options available to us and finally his attention, skill and effort in providing the best final product of any service organization I've ever dealt with in over fifty years. Additionally, Bruce's personality, the work of his skilled assistant; and, the all too brief company of his really nice pre-teen son on two trips to our home made the overall project even more outstanding! He's certainly a new "go to" guy for similar issues in the future; and, I suspect perhaps a new friend as well.

Bruce was great at communicating any issues he found while fixing our AC. He properly fixed our AC in a reasonable amount of time and now we will be able to stay cool all summer.

Came out on Sunday morning, had me fixed quickly.

The house was very uncomfortable the a/c just couldn't keep up. I was worried that no one would be able to come by for a couple of days. Called Bruce and within an hour he was at my house and had my a/c running at peak performance. Excellent service and very professional.
