Big thing that rarely happens these days, ON TIME and DID EVERYTHING HE SAID HE WOULD. Came back day after install to make sure I was happy and everything was working as it should. Absolutely satisfied and I never gave anyone a 5 rating until now.

Prompt service and very reasonable

It s been a year the the duct work did not hold up. Seems came apart. My bill went up $50 dollars a month after install was completed. Still have bad condensation and duct work will have to be repaired.

It was a Saturday morning and I needed furnace repair quickly as I needed to leave town for family emergency. Bruce and his son was available and arrived two hours later as promised. They assessed the problem and temporarily fixed the problem until part could be ordered and installed. Bruce followed up with a call inquiring about status of furnace and gave update on ordered part. Very personable, accommodating and easy to work with. Yes I would very much so recommend Bruceâ s A/C &Heating.
