Description of Work: They arrived on time and with all the hardware needed. My service from this company was excellent both from their office and at my home. I will definitely call them again.

Description of Work: I traveled to Al to pick up relative from hospital & needed to get locks changed before I left. I called days prior to my arrival to schedule lock change. They said they would be there after 1pm, but wouldn't be more specific. I called after 3pm & still couldn't get a time and had to leave state with sick relative and no lock change. Bought locks from Lowe's & changed myself next trip.

Description of Work: The lock on an exterior door broke(stuck closed) over the weekend. I called Brook's early on Monday morning. They told me that they were extremely busy, but they would be out to fix the door before 5 PM. We received an update about 11 AM. They were out in the early afternoon and the lock was quickly repaired. Service was great. The cylinder on the lock was replaced and the lock works great now.

Description of Work: BLK's locksmith service was superb! On a tight scedule, Jeremy was punctual, effecient, and did quality work as we got our house reaady for sale. GREAT JOB all around.

Description of Work: I have heard from several people that Brooks Lock & Key was the best place to call for any locksmith services. I called BLK yesterday morning, on July 6th, to get my locks changed because I had lost my house key while on a 4th of July family camping trip. I decided it would be better to change the locks than have someone out there with a key to my home. Better safe than sorry. I called them around 9am and the technician, named Justin, was very helpful and told me how much it would be and that he could come right away! He arrived in about 30 minutes and I showed him the doors that I needed to have changed. He was very knowledgable and polite. He had mentioned that their main shop had been closed since Wednesday night for the holiday and that he had been working the 24 hour shifts since then so I definitely appreciated that he was not too exhausted to help me even though he sounded a little hoarse and sick. That really showed me that BLK goes the extra mile to help people, even if they may not feel good at all. Justin was very efficient, only taking around 30-40 minutes to change all the locks on 3 doors and make some extra keys. I was so pleased that I gave him the $134.00 for his work along with a $10 tip. I would definitely use this company again and will be suggesting them to any that need a locksmith service. Justin, if you see this or hear of it, THANK YOU!
