They did a great job. I referred them to several people and everybody was happy. They were very nice and professional. They did what they're supposed to do.

They seemed quite professional, but they were extremely expensive. The quote was $3500 for a thousand square feet. They came on time as promised. They looked around and they seemed to check for any real damages on the floor. They were both together. They went back to the truck and came back with an estimate. I didn't expect it to be that much. They were polite about it. They asked me if I wanted to be on the list, because they had lots of contracts. They said that I have to say okay then and that they can do it by August. So I just took the quote, looked at it and thought about it some more, but that was way too much. Their responsiveness was good.

Donald Bishop does both ceramic tiles and hardwood flooring. He is an excellent guy. He is dependable and prices are very competitive. He came in August 2011 for repair job and I am about to use him for installation job. He repaired hardwood floors, he placed it in the middle of the rail and one couldn’t even tell it. He is professional. He is smart and punctual. He is awesome, and he does amazing work. The thing about him is that there is a waiting list to see him. This was a little baby job and he was kind enough to do this job. He repairs bill board in the middle of rain were somebody has taken a finish off. I ordered new box of wood and it was going to be difficult to match I thought, but he knew what to do. The price was not quite that much. He drove like over 20 miles, 3 days in a row just to do this job because he can’t do it one time. He does beautiful work. He is affordable. He is prompt and professional. The only person that I will use is him.

.They couldn't have been more respectful of my home. They were clean and tidied up every day when they were finished. They put plastic all the way from the front door to the bedroom and into the master bathroom. I did not dislike anything about them. They did an excellent job!
