One thing I did enjoy about Baron was that we were going to try to get a part delivered and installed at the end of the day and they kept me informed that the part got delayed and would need to be pushed back a day. The updated me twice that day so it made it easier for me to juggle my schedule. It's family owned and seemed like good people who just do what needs to be done. I like to get a little more involved than I should and they explained exactly what they were doing and how the unit operates. I will definitely use them again.
