+ 0 moreThe hot tub leaked severely at a jet and the first technician said that he couldn't fix it. The owner of Backyard Leisure (who also installed the tub) came out and he couldn't fix it the two of the three times he came out. On the third time he installed the wrong jet and gooped it all up with silicone calking which did stop the leak. He also broke one of the filters and this jammed the motor. I had him come again and he cleared the jam, but left plastid particles in the system that clogged some jets (which I cleared myself later). The man was surly and almost dared me to call him again on a warranty issue most likely because after five or six service calls and the problem was not fixed I contacted the Alabama Better Business Bureau (which, by the way, in essence did nothing - I still have the wrong jet and a lot of silicon goop around it, although it no longer leaks)
Description of Work: Bought a new hot tub and had it installed at my home. Hot tub has unconditional 5 year warranty on parts and labor.
