They will come out in the winter, which they did about a week and a half ago and bled all the lines out and turned off the water to make sure it's safe for the winter. They talked to us about that. They will come back in the spring, they will turn everything back on, they will check all the valves and make sure everything sprays well. If anything is broken, they fix it at no charge. We paid $195 for the annual service. They did a great job and my husband went out when the guy was here and he talked to him about it and everything. They're Johnny-on-the-spot.

We also got the maintenance. The pricing was very good. When they dug everything up in our yard, there was very little mess. When they put everything back together, the yard looked fabulous. The crew that came, they absolutely knew what they were doing. They did a great job. We signed them up to come in and do the annual service.

Tech was very knowledgeable and assisted me in understanding the controller functions

It was amazing. They arrived early and jump right into it. The men were very professional. My yard looks incredible. This is the second time we have used them. Last year they installed our sprinkler system in the front yard Since they did such an incredible job, I had them come our and finish the backyard. However, this time I had them lay the sod and do the gutters. They worked so hard and did a great job cleaning up after they were done. I highly recommend them for any of their services.

Great company to work with from start to finish. Most companies would not return a call nor show up for appointments. I never called and did not get an answer and was contacted several times leading up to the install. The work was great and they clean up everything. They are not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I would definitely use them again.

This Company may not be the least expensive for this type of work but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. They are professional and Courteous. If you want a Quality Company that will install quality part as well as the work being preformed then Look no further. B&C Irrigation is that Company .

He checked all the sprinkler heads and showed me how to use the system. He was very polite and professional and I feel I can contact them with any need.

They are wonderful people and do a great job. They had also put in my irrigation systems years ago and they check it out every year before and after the season

Crew showed up early and worked hard throughout the day; it was a big job. Overall, quality is a B- with my only somewhat critical comment being that the underground draining lines weren't covered as well as I would have hoped. They settled pretty good leaving a dip the length of the "trench". I had to go back and add top soil to bring them back to even with the rest of the lawn. By the way, I LOVE the drainage system! Sprinklers work great. I wish they would have called me by now to check on things or at least stopped by to make any adjustments. I guess I'll have to call them. I would do business with them again and do recommend them..

It was very good. But the only thing I noted was that we had a couple of downspout pans to divert the water. Some of those found their way into the garbage. It's not a big deal. And then, we had the Sentricon system from Cook's Pest Control. They're like little green things they put in the ground that the termites go in and eat the stuff and die. Two of those found their way into the garbage, which I found before they took the garbage out and retrieved them. So, they weren't really good about taking only the stuff that they brought. But other than that, everything went fine. I was real happy with the work. They did it in one day. I would recommend them. They've been very helpful in coming out when I called them.

Did exactly what we needed. Repaired damage to system and reconfigured to appropriately water bedding and yard areas.

On top of the angie's list, they found more wrong and PUSHED NOTHING. Told us what we needed to do and was happy we chose them. I am very satisfied with their service and would use again.

Punctual, professional

Great! They responded to my request timely and were very professional and friendly to work with.

B&C personnel showed up on schedule. They spent around 3 hours or so trying to locate the damaged valve. Since the system was installed about 20 years ago by a company no longer in business, the valves apparently followed no rhyme or reason as to how they were installed. The serviceman was able to locate 5 of the 6 valves, and the failed valve was the one they couldn't locate. Apparently a valve damaged by lightning does not respond correctly to the location equipment. They returned a few days later and finally located the valve and replaced it. System is working correctly now. I am very pleased with their service. Even though it took them 2 calls to resolve the problem, they were able to get the system back in service, and left my yard in good shape. We had a few brown spots where the valves were uncovered, but they greened up in a week or so. Based on the amount of time they spent in my yard hunting the defective valve, price was very reasonable.

Service was very good. Installation was fast in about 1/2 day. B&C was very courteous and professional.

B and C Irrigation failed to show at the scheduled time, did not return calls when requested and then made up excuses for not returning calls from a customer that expressed their displeasure. It is one thing to have a "block of time" to show at a home, it is something else to not show during that given time. Lack of respect for customers time is the biggest sin a small business can commit, and this company does it in spades. Appointment time was 12 to 1pm, I called at 1 to get an ETA and was told I would be contacted shortly, 30 minutes later I asked to speak with an owner, he called at 3:30 because he was doing estimates, when I said that's not my problem he tried to end the call. In the interim the crew leader called at 1:45 and said they would be at my home in 30 minutes, an hour later they showed up to do a 3 to 4 hour job. I sent them on their way. It's Friday and a 3 to 4 hour job would mean my 6pm dinner plans would be in serious jeopardy. All of this could have been avoided with a simple phone call. After posting on Facebook my experience with B and C Irrigation it turns out this is a common occurrence for them. DO NOT USE THEM! Buyer be warned.

Initially there were some issues but when I called B&C with questions they immediately responded and corrected all issues. On two separate occasions I had leaks occur. They came and fixed them quickly. I am very pleased with the professionalism and service they have provided.

The folks were on time as promised. Work was completed on time. They are a little expensive but you do get what you are paying for - Highest quality work and equipment. Work was only stopped for a short time when they accidentally dug up a yellow jacket nest. I provided the wasp spray to quell those little monsters.

Overall they were very good to work with even with a few issues that surfaced. Their price was higher than most but competitive. They provided enough detail upfront that gave me assurance that they knew what they were doing and had a good design. Would have been better with a design drawing though. Had to reschedule a few times because of the rainy season. They were prompt about getting it on the schedule. They had 5 people doing the install and they were professional. Primary issue was the installation of the valve boxes in a conspicuous area. Called the office and requested they move them. A lot of extra work but they did so without complaint. This should have been covered in the pre-install walk-through. These folks worked well all day. Overall installation and lay-out appears to be functional and appropriate. The cleanup was very good. The ground was still soft enough that there are areas that I will have to repair from the equipment tires sinking into the ground. Recommend doing this type of work when there hasn't been so much rain. These are my initial impressions. I will report back later and may upgrade my rating at the end of the grass season.

It cost a little bit more than the coupon. They seemed knowledgeable.

Initial posting of angie deal, then scheduled service, and received a phone call from vendor that there has been misunderstanding of previous clients on angie's deal purchase......work to be performed not in synch - refund resolved it.

Our landscaper recommended them to us. The job took over ten hours to complete. They cleaned up as well and professional as they could. They used our sod they had removed to dig the trenches to fill them back in. I think they have a high level of integrity and professionalism. Overall, the job went fine. We are going to continue using their services for the maintenance.
