I rated their professionalism lower initially due to a verbal miscommunications as to what their warranty and extended service agreement covers. These issues has since been clarified and resolved.

I met and helped the technition. It was a 3 1/2 hour job and he worked very quickly. i would turn on each zone seperately and then we would review for problems. All type of functional problems were found such as plants not getting adequate irrigation fixed by adding new sprinkler heads to the zone. One area required a change of the whole sprinkler unit and there were many that needed cleaning and adjustments. One zone had been a problem in the last year getting stuck in the ON position and it turned out to need a 'diaphragm' change in the valve box. Lastly, in the far back there was water coming up all around one sprinkler head that was a major leak when the zone was on. He dug out and completely fixed the pipe. My system had a lot of old plumming grade PVC pipe but the technition was able to upgrade at the sprinklers as need.

The entire experience was very good, from the estimate to the follow-up after the job was completed. Ben knew exactly what was needed and made recommendations that we were not aware of concerning lawn care and watering. The crew that showed to install the system were very courteous and were very quick about doing thier duties. Jeff the onsite project manager had everything under control and during the walk around knew the basic system layout before coming to the job site. Jeff came back two days after the job was completed to walk us through the system and how to operate the control panel and other equipment installed. He followed that up with a site visit the next day to make minor adjustments to a few sprinkler heads that was not to his satisfaction during the walk through.

Excellent. Very happy to find a contractor of character. Although we've had this done in the winter and I won't be able to fully evaluate the results until the system is turned back on in the spring, I am confident all will be as I wanted.

Office staff was responsive to call and setting up estimate around our schedule. Ben, one of the owners, came out to do the estimate and was very prompt and professional.

I was very impressed with them. They were prompt, efficient and professional. They did a great job. They fixed everything whatever they had to fix. I would recommend them to others and would absolutely use their services again in the future.

They were very prompt, called before they came - a few days before and then the morning of. They originally wanted to come after completing another job and, when I asked if they could come in the morning, they accommodated my request. I asked if the new pipes that were going to the new zone were to be put behind my shed. During the discussion, they said they would utilize the trenching machine so they would not have to hand dig all the trenches. I agreed. When they started putting the pipes in the ground, they hand dug behind the shed and minimized the trenches in the established yard. Even with the hand digging, they were finished in two hours with everything adjusted to my satisfaction. I so pleased with the work done, I will purchase the yearly warranty. This warranty covers winterizing my system, starting it up in the spring, maintenance of the system as needed and some other items.

Very punctual and performed the replacement of two sprinkler heads and capped one PVC line (about an hours work total after arrival). Was it worth $210; perhaps, but very expensive regardless. Would rather pay the extra and have the contractor show up and finish on time than go through the hassle of wasting more time away from my duties at work.

Repair man arrived within 20 minutes of the start of the 'window" provided. Repairman was friendly and professional. He located and exposed the leak in the sprinkler system and was job complete within 1 hour. Repairman replaced the soil and sod around the repair site leaving only a tinge of red from the clay as sign the lawn was dug up. Repairman was professional in appearance and action, my wife did not feel uneasy supervising the job alone.

It went VERY well! From the time that Ben came out and gave me an estimate until after everything was done and I called them to come out and adjust some sprinkler heads, they were superb! Ben explained everything to me about what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, why they were going to do and how long it would take. He made sure that I contacted the utility company to mark all my water, gas, electric and cable lines so there would be no incidents. They have a lifetime warranty which one of the other vendors I got an estimate from did not have. I am just thrilled with the service and my system! This was some of the best home improvement money I have ever spent!

Steven was great and i plan to use him again. The office was awful to work with - missed appointments due to booking errors twice!, service promised at 8 a.m. and repair man showed at 7 pm - but he did show and fixed our problem

I am happy to make positive remarks about everything for them. The staff?s response to a call, their timeliness, and their performance was good. They did a superb job. They did everything they said they were going to do. We are so pleased with them. I am happy to give an A+. I am very pleased with them. They use quality materials. Their staff is well prepared and well trained. The office ladies were very professional and very helpful. They took my calls right away. They would relay a message. The company, product, and staff were all wonderful to work with. We had three estimates and they were in the middle. However, we were not looking for the lowest price as we know we get what we pay for. We went with them because of their rating. I am sure their price was reasonable. We are very pleased that they used the Rain Bird product. After they installed the product I was concerned that the lawn was little too rocky and stony. They sent somebody out and he did extra additional raking and I was pleased with that also. They were superb at being punctual. In fact once they were five minutes late and they called to say they will be late. They never spoke badly about their competitors. They were just very professional.

The technician on my job was Steven. After explaining the task, Steven immediately went to work. I assisted him by turning the irrigation circuits on/off as he went around the house making the necessary adjustments. Since the flower beds had not been planted yet, he provided insight on where best to set the misters based on what I thought might be planted in the beds. He completed the job in short order, cleaned up any scrap material and made sure all the dirt and sod was straightened up where he had to excavate. He confirmed the work was done to my satisfaction, prepared the final invoice and explained it in detail prior to payment. He impressed me with his excellent attitude, skills and efficiency on the job. B&C's hourly rates initially seemed a little high, but that is more than compensated by their ability to complete the job quickly and do it right the first time. The only negative comment I would have is B&C needs to provide more feedback to the customer on their anticipated arrival time. I usually can accommodate changing schedules, but need to know the changes so I can adjust my schedule accordingly. I will certainly contact B&C again if I need irrigation services.

Excellent experience. Stuck with their estimate, includede a standpipe at no extra charge wherever I wanted it. I also ordered a pressure regulator and a moisture sensor. Entire system was installed, I got instructions on how to run it. Lifetime warranty on parts with $95/year maintenace plan. Extremely courteous and professional. Hit power wire going to post lantern and repaired it right away. Would definitely use them again.

Arrived in a timely manner, phoned to let me know he was there and if I could come out so he could explain the process to me. The rep was very mannerable and explained what he was doing and why. I was very comfortable with the entire process!

Wonderful! From the original estimate to work completion the B&C Irrigation team were spot-on professionals! They were on time, the job was completed to my satisfaction, and the customer service was exactly what we look for when contracting work to be done on our home. On a side note, the B&C staff are Christians and were just a blessing to work with! Would definitely recommend this team.
