Description of Work: This was actually a replacement,for the front windshield,of my daughter's car.After checking around,they gave the best price & were quick,to do the job. She had used them before & was greatly pleased.Some thugs had shot into her car w/a pellet gun,while her car was parked at the mall.There was glass everywhere & Auto Glass cleaned it all up.If we ever need a window replaced,they are the ones we will go to.

Description of Work: Fast and cheap, but not sure about the quality. After 6 months my windshield cracked from the bottom which then turned into a 3 foot horizontal crack. May have just been unlucky, though I suspect this issue was at least partly due to poor installation. They insisted the damage was completely due to an impact and thus not covered by the warranty. The strange thing is that the claimed impact point was under where the windshield wiper normally rests. They just said that it must have happened while it was raining. Needless to say I now take my business elsewhere.

+ -1 moreScheduled the work the day following the initial call. Easy handling of insurance claim. Took the car to their shop to do the work while I waited, but they had ordered the wrong windshield. They acknowledged the mistake and scheduled to send their mobile unit to my house the following day with the correct glass. They showed up on time and did an excellent job. I would use them again.
