It was a transfer of service from one house to another. I can call them anytime. After having used other companies, these guys are the best in the area.

+ -1 moreI made a decision to give the Atlus crew a chance in spraying my home and upon watching them do their initial spray, I found they were making much effort to go OVER & BEYOND the call of duty and they have maintained that SAME quality of attention to detail in every visit, that same professionalism, that same quick responsiveness when requested, and they have YET to try and charge me over again for treatment already rendered! Once you have had a pest control company from **** you are so thankful for GREAT people who put your needs to the forefront of their day, and providing QUALITY work. Description of Work: Atlus Pest Control has been my pest control company for over 2 years now and I am so satisfied with their service that I could not see how anyone couldn't be. When I decided to switch to Atlus, it was the normal door to door person that was in our neighborhood greeting and asking for our business. Because we have a group of neighbors that are very friendly and we socialize with often, what could have been 1 sale for my home that day turned into 4-5 homes all signing up together the same day! What won us over was the OWNER was out with his staff talking with people, explaining the products, and advising what separated them from the rest. It wasn't the sales pitch, it was the sincerity that I am trained to look for. Little did they know, I was in a battle with another pest control company already over that company not taking care of issues but charging each time they came out. So, my tolerance for foolishness was at an all time low.

+ -1 moreEven though I clearly had no soliciting signs posted on my door, as I was driving up the salesman was walking up to my front door to ring the bell anyway. When I lowered my window to ask what he was doing, I was subjected to a very high pressure sales pitch, and a lot of "name dropping" of my neighbors and him telling me that they had signed up. When I spoke to some of them, they said they had not signed up. Very unprofessional and pushy sales tactics from Mr. Dusty Johnson. Sad......

+ -1 moreSalesman came to my door to sell my wife some type of pest control service and after a minute or two I stepped up and said "I'm sorry but we are not interested." He became very huffy and responded with a very defensive "you're not interested in what?" I responded that was not interested in whatever pest control service he was selling. The salesman rolled his eyes, and said "Well THAT was rude" and walked away. Seems like maybe this company needs to train their sales people on the proper way to handle rejection. Now I would never use Atlus and will share this experience with any of my friends that are looking for a pest control service. Good job, sales guy.

+ -1 moreDoor-to-door sales associate scheduled an appointment and said that he would be there with the service technician. Neither one showed up. After multiple phone calls and a two-hour wait, left a message asking that the service be cancelled. Follow up - The owner of the company called and was very apologetic. He offered a free treatment of the house, which I accepted. The service technician was on time, courteous, and professional, so I decided to give them another chance. However, the service technician did not show up for the next appointment.
Description of Work: Hired to spray insecticide around the house, but never showed up for the appointment.
