+ -1 moreThomas Argent came out and gave me an estimate a week before he and his crew began work. Crew was here for a week and a half. Everyone was wonderful. These guys did a great job and I can't wait for them to come out and do the extension on my mother's home. I have told all the neighbors what a wonderful job Argent and Son did and they all came over to see the work. Literally half the neighborhood has already contacted Thomas to come and give them estimates on jobs they need done. Don't get me wrong, remodeling is a dirty job and lots of cleaning has to be done after the job is completed, but you won't regret having these guys do your work. His painter, Dewayne, is the best painter I have ever seen. He is VERY talented, fast and knowledgeable. You need painting done, you need Argent and Son so Dewayne can make your house beautiful too. Thomas himself, is the detail guy. He makes sure all the little details are completed and right. Nothing misses his hawk-like eyes.
Description of Work: Ceilings were daubed and painted. Walls in Living Room and Bedroom were painted, as well as all trim and window trim. Bathtub surround was replaced and wallpaper was redone in bathroom after a previous contractor screwed up the input of a new bathtub surround and laying on of wallpaper. Cracks in house and on ceiling were fixed. Hole in bedroom wall was re-sheetrocked and painted. New outdoor clothes lines were put in. Bedroom closet doors were repainted and rehung to correctly work after a previous contractor screwed up the new construction of closets. Front door was taken apart, caulking from previous contractor was removed, door was put back together to fit correctly and painted. New door front door weather stripping was put in to replace the terrible stuff a previous contractor put in. New exhaust fan was put in bathroom.
