+ -1 moreIt was great. They did a great job and very punctual. I would have found making suggestions before coming out to prevent meeting them in case something really didn't need servicing. They are very helpful that way.
Description of Work: Appliance Direct Sales & Service Inc. repaired our ice machine. They replaced the part and it still has a problem so they took the part back under warranty, got another one, put it in and it worked great. They also repaired my refrigerator and my washing machine.

Description of Work: i purchased an extendend warrenty. the service department has been wonderful and i have had them service other appliences that were not purchased there. I have learned a very good lesson and from now on i will prchase from appliance direct because that is where i will get the best appliance and service if needed.

+ 1 moreExcellent service! Both service repair men were professional and knowledgeable.
Description of Work: I purchased a Miele front-loading washer and dryer from Appliance Direct (now called Siano Appliance) a few years ago. Both are excellent appliances! Although German engineering is outstanding, a small hose developed a leak. The service man discovered the cause of the leak and ordered a new hose that day.. (company made modifications to the hose to prevent future leaks). I was concerned I would be without a washer for a few weeks if the part had to be ordered from Germany. However, the service repairman found a shop in New Jersey and ordered it while he was at my home. He was thorough, polite, professional The part was delivered within a few days. A different service repairman replaced the hose. He was smart, polite, efficient, professional. I highly recommend this company and it's service department for Miele products.

+ -1 moreOn 1/20/09, I visited Appliance Direct to order kitchen appliances for a rental house. A total of 5 appliance were purchased that day. The appliance had to be ordered which Appliance Direct said would take several weeks. However, several of the appliances took much longer to arrive. Appliance Direct offers delivery and installation for a charge. I agreed to this. Two of the five appliances were installed by Appliance Direct and were defective. The installer did not even call me to explain that the items were defective. The oven would not even operate. Eventually after numerous phones call to the service department, Appliance Direct promised to repair/replace the item. The refrigerator was repaired and is now working properly. However, the oven has never been repaired. The service department at Appliance Direct will not even return my calls. It has been almost 5 months. The appliances have been paid in full. Appliance Direct is even asking me to pay for the installation of the products. (I am willing to pay if the product are working/installed properly). The service of their product has not been done in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Repair 2 new appliances that were purchased from Appliance Direct. The appliances were delivered and installed by Appliance Direct. The company charged for the service. 1 appliance (refrig) was eventually repaired and the other has not been repaired (Oven).
