The move went well. They arrived within the quoted hour window. No items were damaged. They stayed friendly and upbeat. They didn't waste time thus finished within the two hour time. I would use again.

Exceptionally The customer service I received when setting up my appointment was exceptional. U"Rainnah and Claudia very responsive and polite over the phone. They also responded quickly to my emails. I was kind of leary about calling due to some of the bad reviews I saw on one of the websites online, but their price was a really good and I decided to take a chance. The movers Anthony, T and Jewels were very professional and moved fast. I appreciated the respect that they showed for my home while moving furniture around. All three were very responsive and pleasant to work with. Upon leaving they presented us with candy and little thank you note.

They did an excellent job. They carefully wrapped and packed the furniture and delivered it to the 3 different locations we requested them to. They work very efficiently and don't waste any time. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I have used them before and had the same experience, that's why we chose them again. They even send a thank you note! Now that is rare customer service.

Picked up dropped off. Scratched and dented wall moving coach up the stairs and broke dining leg table of brand new furniture. Contacted Management, sounded like he would be a responsible, reputable business man to come to a concensus on damages. All talk, has not called me back or dropped by to see the damages, like I was told. Will continue to pursue this matter no doubt. Bad business.

Applewhite Movers provided prompt, professional, and timely, moving service of two bedroom worth of personal items. In such a short notice, three gentlemen arrived with smiles on their face at the end of a typical work day. Abdul, DeShawn, and Kobe engaged with me as a customer with needs, clean conversation, laughs, all while following orders where everything should be placed or rearranged. Professionalism, commitment to their job, and attentiveness made this move seem effortless. I am so glad to have found out about them. They have blessed my day and relieved so much stress just by their arrival. I will recommended their moving and packing services to anyone in the area. Will definitely use them again. I bought a living social voucher $100 for 2 hours of moving services. Scheduled move at 2pm on July 2, 2014. At 2:30 I called to see where they were and was told that since I didnt answer the phone to confirm they went to another job. They insisted they'd tried several times, my call log showed 1 missed call from 8pm the night before. They should have shown up at agreed time and left if I was not there. Then they said it'd be 5pm, I asked if they worked late and was told yes they worked til mignight the day before. At 5 I called and was told it'd be 7, at 7 I called at was told they were waiting on one guy who'd stopped to eat since he hadn't eaten all day. They finally arrived at 8:30pm, I'd paid extra to get a third mover concerned that they'd been working all day, would be tired, and not get done in a timely manner. The workers were very nice and went right to work, there were some issues of standing around trying to figure out how to get furniture out or responding to calls, but overall were very good. Three more people were called in to get the job done. I was told I wouldn't be charged for the extra workers but I was charged the extra hour it took. Honestly, I don't think I should've been charged the extra hour because they were 6.5 hours late but they did do the work so I didn't argue. I asked to leave a tip for the workers in my check, since I'd been waiting all day I hadn't gone to the bank. The receipt was written for my entire check amount not the service charge, this tells me that on paper my tip was part of the charge. 5 days later I called the office and asked how they were to get the tip if there was no record that I'd given one and was told she hadn't gotten the invoice yet and would make sure they got it. There's no way she would have known if I hadn't called. I'm still not sure if they received the tip or not. If the movers were the ones I dealt with I might use them again but the difficulties with management prevents me from wanting to use them again.

Arrived 30 minutes late. During move, it was discovered he had planned on moving another office in same truck without contacting me. The workers were extremely kind and professional, but became frustrated with the mix-up, Again the workers were excellent to work with, however, my desk was scratched in the process, about 6 inches on the side. Contacted Applewhite and he reported he would call right back. Well, he didn't.

They were on time and worked hard the entire time. Very professional. They also went out of their way to make sure my appliances and walls were not damaged. Even though my refrigerator is enormous and they had to pick it up to get the bottom drawer over my kitchen island, they did that heavy lifting while protecting my fridge and island. Will use them in the future and recommend it to friends and family.

We were supposed to start at 8a but the movers called to let me know they were running behind. We greatly appreciated the phone call. When they arrived, they were very friendly and introduced themselves. We did a walk-thru of the apartment showing them what needed to go. They had the truck loaded in just under 2 hours, drove to the new house and had the truck unloaded in just over an hour. We loved that the crew got along so well and stayed focused on getting the job done. They worked very hard and we were well pleased with the work they did. We'll use them again when we move in a couple of years.

They were really good. They were very professional and easy to work with. They sent over four guys and got a really good deal from them.

Everything went well with Applewhite Movers. They were all very courteous and very respectful of my belongings. They did break off a piece of molding here in the new house that they didn't fix. I thought they were going to fix it before they left, but they didn't. But that was a pretty minor thing.

I was worried about having a strangers come and move my things as I have always done it myself. The owner showed up and introduced himself and I felt good after meeting him and the men he worked with. The guys worked very quickly, wrapped up all of my things and protected everything with blankets. They didn't waste any time at all (even when driving between locations). Everything made it to the new house and the guys were friendly and entertaining as they worked. They did a great job for a great price, and I would definitely call them again.
