Description of Work: A turn key operation with a water mitigation crew, cabinet makers, plumbers, painters, flooring contractors, electricians, and even coordinated moving everything including a baby grand piano out of the rooms involved, then back in. Great company that made a very difficult situation as easy on us as possible.

There's no cost to the estimate. They were very prompt and thorough. We had an estimate with them through our insurance. We haven't done the work yet. As far as calling on time and following up, they've been great.
Description of Work: I used Apex Restoration for the estimate for some water damage in the house. It's for the wall and sheetrock. There's a leaking part of the roof that's damaged.

+ -1 moreGeneral contractor estimated 3-5 days of work, but took 11 days spaced over 6 months due to multiple errors by contractors and inability of general contractor to schedule personnel and provide supplies. General contractor and contractors failed to show up many times or showed up hours late. Almost every contractor blamed the general contractor for informing them of work at the last minute or informing them after their start date and time. Many showed up not knowing what they were doing or without tools, e.g. painters showed up not planning to cut baseboards to fit. Painter left because general contractor was approximately six hours late bringing paint, etc. Generally poor workmanship.
Description of Work: Baseboard, carpet, and drywall repair.
