Excellent. He was also very flexible with time. We were able to reschedule for any date convenient for us. He did our inspection on Saturday.
Description of Work: My husband and I decided to hire him to do inspection on the home we were purchasing also. He was very detailed and put ALL his findings in the report which helped us negotiate with the Seller. He was also very helpful with letting us know what could be a potential problem in the future and how to take care of it. He was also very knowledgeable when it came to recommending someone to help us do the repairs.
