Ameri Spec HOME Inspection Svc

According to my spouse, Philip did a good job during the inspection and was very thorough spending about 4 hours at the property. The report gives detail on each area with a short description and list of conditions in the area. I am disappointed at the lack of pictures in the report. Specifically, approximately 12 items were called out as "Defects" in need of repair and only two pictures of the defects were included in the report. To me, those are the most important pictures that an inspector can include in a report. I personally do not need a picture of the electrical service entrance unless something is wrong with it. Ideally, I would like pictures of all the defects and some circles and arrows highlighting the defect if it is not completely obvious. Since the inspector had to go back to the home to pick up his radon equipment, I requested that pictures be taken of the defect areas but unfortunately, that request was not honored. Of the 15 pictures that are included in the report and most of them are "thumbnail" size. I'm not sure why there aren't many more since pictures are essentially free these days.

Mr. Fraley is awesome! He was professional, but extremely approachable. He performed a thorough inspection and provided me with a binder containing all the details. He then proceeded to walk me through the binder to make sure I understood everything. I am extremely pleased with his work, and would recommend him to anyone.
