+ -1 moreTotally dissatisfied with the lack of responsiveness with questions during the entire build cycle. We would send inquiries which would take days if not weeks to get an answer back to. It seemed as soon as the contract was signed, we were no longer of any interest. Didn't get an in progress report or walk thru. The agent was not at the final walk thru, sent a rep who arrived late. Never heard from the agent from that point on. The contruction manager and the lawyer were the only people we had any contact with. It definitely was not an experience that we expected. No congratulations on your new home after we closed or anything. Total disappointment.
