Joey Ridgeway (owner) of Alpha & Omega is by far the most helpful, most honest, & the most reasonably cost company to use for AC work. He has maintained our 3 AC units for the past 13yrs (2 have been replaced) When I have trouble, I know who to call. I don't have to worry about whether or not I'm getting the best deal or not. He is great! I fully recommend him.

Joey Ridgeway, the owner, is an incredibly talented AC man. It amazes myself and my husband to see him troubleshoot our units when he’s come out for one reason or another, he knows his craft for sure and is very thorough in his work. More importantly, he is as honest as the day is long and has the most reasonable prices around. This unfortunately was my 2nd unit in my home that had to be replaced. We recommend Joey to everyone who needs AC service & no one that has used him has been disappointed yet. He is awesome!

Called him based on reviews read here on Angie's list and we are so glad that we did. He quickly responded came out right then& checked our unit(which we had checked earlier by another company that charged a arm and a leg just to have it looked at and they didn't even correctly diagnose the issue) he quickly diagnosed the issue -burnt compressor-and went over everything with us. He was very thorough, honest, understanding and just a good person to work with. We ended up getting the new unit installed with him and its been running great since then. We will always recommend and use him.

Great service. He always responds quickly to my calls and comes out to do the repairs rather quick. He has worked on the unit a few times as it is older and each time showed us exactly what was wrong and explained all our options and what there price was. Has never overcharged or seemed unreasonable in pricing and goes out of the way to make sure the job is completed when he is there- one time he didn't have the part needed left and went to two stores to find it returned and finished the work without any additional charges. Great guy to work with and about to call again!

They did a real good job. Joe the owner is very fair and honest. I would recommend him to anyone.

The other Heating and Cooling company said the unit was too old to be fixed and only quoted us a price for a new one. This gentleman came out and had our unit up and running in 30 minutes. He even came on the weekend and didnt charge extra. Unit is still running great. This is an honest man/ company and I highly recommend him, we will never use anyone else.

He is a good and honest man. He does what he says he will. He is prompt and doesn't add any additional fees for after hours or weekends.
