Did not go great by any means compared to other local companies we've used in the past. 1) Was told it would cost $95 for this type service call. Not that it's $95 just to show up and that it doesn't even include the first hour of labor (they were here less than one hour and still tacked on another $124). 2) Scheduled the appointment a week in advance and they still showed up a day later than promised. They also refused to provide any kind of time frame or window for the appointment. 3) The technician smelled like an ashtray which affected my wife's allergies terribly while he was in the house. 4) Called them back to discuss the perceived misrepresentation on the phone and was just told that this is our policy and this is how we operate. We won't use them again or recommend them to anyone else. This will also be posted on Yelp, Facebook, and work classifieds to spread the word throughout Madison County.

Ronnie was great! He was really nice and took the time to explain how the drainage system works both to me (I was the one home) and to my husband over the phone. I would definitely call All Weather Heating & Cooling again. A+ for all services rendered. I did give them a B in responsiveness and punctuality, but only for minor concerns. (I would Definitely still use them again!) It took a few days to get a response after buying our voucher through Angie's List. Though I'm sure it would have been faster to call them directly. Since it wasn't an emergency, this was fine with me. I asked for a morning time slot and Ronnie called to say he was on his way around 12:15 pm. It was worth the minor wait. All in all this was a great experience. I recommend them.

Got a different company from home shield that was supposed to be here at 8am and canceled on the same day. I found All Weather Heating and Cooling on Angie's List and called them. They were about to come and do the work the same day within 2-3 hours of my call. They did an excellent job. They fixed both of my air conditioners and they were very informative, trustworthy, polite and nice. I would recommend them to anybody.

I obtained three estimates from various groups in the Huntsville area. Gene, the owner, visited my home and provided the most comprehensive discussion of what my current system could handle and the issues I was looking to resolve -- namely, my previous heat pump/air handler were at their end of life and leaking, and that I wanted to consider replacing my duct work. He explained all of the options available, along with all of the strengths and weaknesses of various brands, and levels of efficiency and tonnage that I could consider for my home. The most important thing I learned from his visit was that his focus was on satisfying me as a customer and not focusing exclusively on his own profit margin. For example, although he proposed a variety of setups, he admitted that some of the higher-end options might not be the best for me given my expected years in my house and various bells and whistles that didn't meet the needs I described. Others providing estimates jumped immediately to higher-end options and demanded additional work, such as up to $3K in replacing my duct work. Gene assured me that his team could bring my current duct work up to spec -- and they did -- their work brought my home into code for the time it was built, saving me money in the short term and providing an efficient, new system for this summer -- allowing me to save money for a later date if I choose to replace the duct work. His team provided extensive documentation and ensured that my unit will be registered to extend the manufacturers' warranty. During each day of the install process, his team arrived on schedule and worked efficiently, only taking a brief break for lunch. They were extremely polite and professional, answering a variety of questions I had during the process. Gene kept in frequent contact via phone and email and visited my home on the final day of installation to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. I had heard of Gene through a friend's referral and here on Angie's List and am glad that I worked with him. Also, his final quote for my system was extremely competitive with some big box store options -- for similar cost, Gene's team provided much more value through their detailed consultation and their patience in restoring some leaks / poor balancing in my ducts that have vastly improved the comfort and efficiency of my home. I would definitely encourage my friends and colleagues to work with Gene and his team for their HVAC needs.

The diagnostic discovered a problem with the unit that need to be repaired/replaced. There is a freon leak and it was hard to find the source. With the numerous previous repairs on the unit, it was recommended that the unit be replaced. I am still contemplating what to do but I am glad I purchased the diagnostic service thru Angie's List. The technician was professional and courteous.

They came on time, they did their job and they left. I had no problems whatsoever. They did what they said they would do. I took their card and I would probably call them again.

As a result of the recent severe weather & tornado watch, the All Weather installation team required three days instead of two to complete the installation, yet they arrived on time each day and worked as long as possible until it was necessary to leave. They ran four new ducts in the attic, installed a new air handler to replace a gas pack which had been previously removed and installed a heat pump outside with all associated new wiring and plumbing per code. We found All Weather to be very helpful in suggesting a system to replace the old one in our vacation cabin with regard to which type of system would work best for our situation. The estimator was punctual for our initial meeting, he did not try to promote unreasonable alternatives as other contractors had done and he took his time to explain operating costs, fuel alternatives and sufficient additional information so we could make our decision. Their technicians were punctual, took a short lunch break each day, were always very professional and answered any questions we had - and we had several. As a result of the manner in which they performed this work, we have decided to switch service providers to All Weather & use them for not only this vacation cabin, but for our primary home as well. Based on our overall experience, we were extremely satisfied with All Weather and would highly recommend them.

Overall, everything is good. I've used them three times and they have a tendency to diagnose part replacements quickly instead of repairing existing part. Once they told me I'd need a replacement part. After they ordered the part, I realized minor repairs they had already done actually fixed the problem so I called to ask them to put the order on hold. I may have saved some money by holding off, but it has only been 3 weeks so we will see. They have great response time, good communication, and I can tell they know what they're doing. It just seems like the price is always around $1000.

They did a great job and worked with us on relocating the return to another part of the house. Our anticipated schedule for the remodel was all wrong and they were nice enough to work with us, doing little pieces at a time, as we got to them.

They had good references and the owner, Mr. Satterfield was very easy to talk to and deal with. The price they quoted was beat by only one other company (out of 5 total estimates). It took longer than I would have liked for them to become available to do the work. They were very courteous and quick with the work. We did have a few problems after the unit was first installed that they dealt with quickly. Several months later, however, we had a problem that took them almost two weeks to respond to (the A/C wouldn't come on, but the fan would). All in all, I was satisfied with the work and might use them again if they were available in a reasonable amount of time.
