 + -1 moreThey did the original clean-up of the back yard. They over cut the Ivy, but I figured they would be less zealous with the maintenance. I asked them NOT to cut the lawn and come by every other week. They said they came by when we were on vacation - I am not sure if they did and then they came by when I was at work and my husband told me they cut the front lawn - which is the one thing I asked them not to do!!! (Our lawn is very fragile because it is high shade with lots of trees and most places cut it too short). They never seemed to touch the backyard again which is the thing I wanted them to do. I called to complain and Terry Morgan stated that "he didn't consider that lawn care." That is fine, but he should have just told me that he couldn't do what I wanted. I paid and told them not to return. 2 weeks after I paid him, he sent his nephew over to collect money, when I protested he called his uncle right then. His uncle told him he was at the wrong house. Luckily they never returned
Description of Work: First I had them come by and do a general clean-up on the backyard. Their estimate was the lowest at $250. I asked them to run weed whackers over the Ivy beds in the back to make them look more manicured and to mow over some low brush in the back. They mowed the front lawn even though I didn't ask them to - which I said "thank you, but I really just need the back kept up." They were supposed to come by twice a month after that for $100/month and just keep the back from getting so overgrown. Instead of working on the back though, they just mowed my front lawn which I specifically asked them not to do.
