ALABAMA-DIXIE TV & STEREO RPR

II had a very bad experience with this guy. Our TV had an intermittent problem, where the on-off switch sometimes did not work. When we took it in, it was not working. But I told him that the problem was intermittent, and that it may very well appear to work when he first tries it. A few days later, he said it was fixed, and I picked it up and paid the bill. He supposedly changed the on-off switch. When I got it home, it worked at first, but later this evening did not. It seemed to have exactly the same problem as when I took it in. So, I took it back and told him that he apparently did not fix it. He blew up at me, saying that I must have blown the new switch by putting it on a bad circuit or something. Or that the TV had gotten hit by a surge from lightning. He was extremely rude. But, he did take it and keep it for a few days, and called and told me that it was fixed. When I picked it up, he would barely speak to me or look at me. Sure enough, it was indeed fixed that time. We never had another problem. What was evident to me was that he charged me for a repair the first time that he did not actually do. I did not directly accuse him of cheating me, but I was quite sure about it. At least I got the repair the second time. But this is a dishonest man. I would never deal with him again.
